The property is run down and appointed not to the level one would expect of a 3-star hotel or a 120 Eur-per-night without breakfast. The ground floor rooms are particularly depressing with a view on the parking lot, dirty walls, very cheap furniture and persistent sewage smell in the bathroom. The only positives are the TV with many internatiinal channels and the quiet position. Overall disappointing and not recommended

Bovec is expensive for what you get but I definitely don’t think this hotel is worth the extra charge. For $100, plus another 12€ for breakfast + 6€ for taxes, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The room j stayed in was TINY, definitely only suitable for a solo traveler, and it had an odd setup with the sink in the main area. Not sure this works for anyone that’s a couple. Beds were okay, no extra bedding despite it being cold. There was this strange tree in the room. View of the parking lot. I walked around the entire property and not exactly sure where this view is pictured on the app. I stayed in a very large apartment the next night a block away for 20€ less and it slept four people and had Mountain View’s, a kitchen, and a proper bathroom.

We were welcomed and treated as if we were family.

The staff were great. It was my wife's birthday and they made it special for her.

We loved this hotel, its location is great, lovely views!! They only thing we weren't keen on was the open bathroom, not enough privacy if you're not a couple.

Hotel was in a good location and very smart. Breakfast was excellent- well worth paying extra for. Rooms were accessed from the outside - facilities were good but we would have liked a plug for the sink!

The rooms are more like minimalist style but the people working there are very friendly and efficient. Wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed their sauna (8euro/person)! The only thing is they did not make our room at all on the first night. As we did not need to change towels or anything (we stayed two nights), it was fine, but just odd. Over all very nice stay and great view around the hotel!

Room smelt of drains. We’re not really complainers so we just put up with it and kept the windows / door open. But on check out when I mentioned it, the receptionist said it was a known problem and it couldn’t be fixed. Surely this can be fixed! We stayed in six different accommodations for our holiday to Slovenia and this accommodation was our least favourite and we would not return, purely because the room smelt like rotten eggs! Just some advice... it needs sorting if you want to keep your customers! On the plus side, lovely breakfast!

Okay hotel but the rooms are tiny. We had one with an extra "kitchen" with a small sink and fridge which was good. But, all in all, it was rather too cramped for my liking.

The hotel is in a good location for visiting the soca valley. Accommodation is clean and modern but basic - nowhere to hang towels, design means that water spills out of bathroom into room when showering etc. Breakfast was incredible - lots of delicious local produce. Staff are friendly and helpful

Unfortunately, the hotel had overlooked our booking made months earlier. We arrived to be told "We have no record of your booking" and "We are closed." However, the receptionist did find our reservation in the computer, but it had been overlooked. They made us a reservation at a nearby hotel, but we were quite dissatisfied with the situation and left the area immediately the next day rather than stay for the three nights we had booked for the the hotel. It may have been pleasant under normal circumstances. We'll never know.

Only stayed one night so probably had the most simple room on the ground floor. It was very plain ( as expected from a modern hotel) but with the most comfortable bed ever. Breakfast was also very good. Only problem was that there was no sign from the road but we guessed where it was! The owner and his wife were charming and provided excellent info on where to eat and then booking our choice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. It also has one of the best breakfasts ive had i years from a hotel. If I travelled to bovec again this would be the first place I looked to.
