Fantastic place to stay for a few days it has everything you need

We loved our stay. Great staff, clean, close to everything. The only recommendation is too have more stuff in the kitchen, like wine glasses etc

We truly enjoyed our stay at Praia Marina. It’s at a great location and we had a great view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and it was great to finally have AC. The included breakfast had lots of options. Also, Catia was extremely friendly and kind and allowed us to leave our luggage prior to our room being ready, She was extremely courteous and professional and I truly appreciated her friendliness. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful location

Been coming here since it opened with my wife. Brought the family for a night between visiting islands and it was perfect. Close to the beach, close to the airport and everything you need to enjoy your trip is either at the hotel or right around you.

Place was very nice! Staff was very friendly!

We stayed here twice now. We booked this property 6 months in advance and the morning we arrived around 9:30 am they took our information and were going to let us know when our rooms were ready. About 11:00 am I get a email from Expedia, not the hotel that they could not accommodate one of our ocean facing rooms. I not only booked 6 months in advanced but they only offered a tiny room with one chair facing the back of the hotel alley. I received only 80 euro back after paying full price on an oceanfront room, only after I pushed the issue. I ask the Manager why. She claimed it was a computer error. So I said we are here early enough why can you accommodate us and kick somebody else out of there room. Our other family members only paid $500. for the same room they were accommodating us with, but only gave us $80 euro back. Not a fare deal and why the morning we check in? Other than that the stay was good, hotel could use some updating though. We will probably look into another location next time we stay in Teiceira Azores.

We had a great stay at the Praia Marina hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect!

We stayed at this property for one night of the beginning of our trip and one night at the end of our trip. The rooms were a little dated, but that is our only complaint. The front desk stay was very nice and helpful! The hotel sits right on the marina.

Our room was like a suite, full kit, and living area besides seperate, all with a wonderful view.

Portuguese hospitality at its finest. My family were made to feel so welcome here. The balcony on the family room was huge and the rooms were immaculately clean. The best thing was the staff here, so kind and hospitable and really went out of their way in a big way to make us feel at home here. Would highly, highly recommend staying here. Best hotel on the island and best service!

Loved the area beautiful ocean view but no parking .

Everything was so dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. The doors and wall paper thin. Only good thing is that it’s in front of the beach. But Praia Vitoria is so small that you can walk from anywhere. I would stay in Angra do Heroismo.

We reserved and paid for two rooms in avance. They only had one room available. No air conditioning. We all had to stay in the same room. They refused to refund our payment for the second room. Will never stay there again. Incredibly unprofessional staff.

The hotel was perfect! The location was really nice. It was on the water and the staff was super nice and helpful. The only thing I hated was that since it’s on a busy street there’s a nightclub nearby and it was blasting music until like 3 am and I was unable to sleep

Beautiful beachfront location. Great location, reasonably priced with an excellent and friendly staff.

We stayed her one night due to a layover. This hotel is conveniently located close to the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the space we had for our family of 4. Both kids had individual cots and we had a beautiful king bed. The only complaint was ants, we found an issue with ants on one of the window sills and floor near the bathroom. Overall, for the price it was a great stay.

NO AIR CON! Our sheets had ketchup or blood on them when we arrived. The towels had brown stains and the shower head did not work so we had to take a bath. Safe was broken, elevator was out of order so had to carry bags to the 3rd floor. Staff were rude and animals were barking all night out the window.

The Hotel was lovely wish I was staying longer.

Beautiful location, near the airport, amazing food, walking distance

Had a great stay at the hotel. The beds were comfortable. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast started but they had the breakfast ready for us to eat early. Hotel is right next to the beach so we were able to walk around and enjoy the restaurants and scenery. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Would stay here again.

The Hotel is close to restaurants, which is a plus. The Hotel should offer breakfast starting at 7 am
