Housekeeping knocked on the door twice, approx. 2 min apart despite the DND sign. I called „no thank you“ through the door each time. Then they knocked a third time and just entered. After shouting NO they left, but this is outrageous and surely at minimum a breach of protocols. You can’t feel safe at this hotel so I’m not staying again. Hotel staff was apologetic when I reported this at check out and the room itself was dated but ok, that’s why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Stayed 2 nights asa stopover from Amsterdam toward London. The hotel itself was conveninently located right above Brussel-Midi, where the Eurostar and local trains were all located, and 2-3 train/tram stops away from the main city centre where all the sights were. This location is the main reason why we stayed and I would say the convenience is much recommended to folks who want a short and convenient stay in Brussels. The room itself was fine and served its purpose.

Staying at Pullman and Sofitel has always been a pleasure for the experience with efficient front desk staff, the rooms' cleanliness, quality of bed/beddings and variety & accessibility of all the services required for both my business or personal stays. My stay was ok, but i will not be returning. The biggest problem was the overwhelming nasty smell of sewage, as soon as you stepped into the hotel.
This smell could not be ignored and it wafted upstairs to the dining area, which affected my dining experience.
This smell stayed with me long after I left the hotel.

The room was great, but advertising the hotel as having a spa and a gym is a bit rich. The gym is composed of some light dumbbells and some treadmills while the "spa" is a sauna. And in the morning while I had the "do not disturb"-sign on the door, housekeeping still knocked three times, wanting to enter the room.

The room and amenities were very nice, as was the staff. It's a great location to all transportation.
My only issue was the internet connection. It was slow and an unsecured, open network. As a business owner, I need better security and dependability to conduct business.

Very handy if you are getting a Eurostar or another train as the entrance is right inside the station 2 mins walk to Eurostar terminal. Friendly staff and nice big rooms, high floor rooms have great city views too!

The hotel building is part of the train station so you have access to public transportation. The breakfast was wonderful.

Functional hotel that is a handy base if coming off the Eurostar. Area around station a bit scruffy as with most big stations but doesn’t matter if your getting tram/metro etc. Hotel itself- bed ok, shower average and no safe in room. Fine as a base but no frills.

Okay, but breakfast supplement very expensive. In addition, key card did not work and had to keep getting it reset.

The good - staff very friendly, great location for the Eurostar and other trains. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options although pastries could have been fresher. Toilets, bar areas and the room all clean and had everything you would need.
Areas to improve - the doors to the hallway were not well soundproofed so we could hear people coming back late. The mattress was very uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Area around the lifts needed hoovering/tidying.
I would stay here again for sure.

I often break my journey in Brussels, travelling from London to the continent by Eurostar. This hotel offers a great service. Its so conveniently located in Midi Station, a few steps away when you arrive. You can easily access the trains, metro and tram and stock up with water and essentials at the Carrefour shop in the station. The shower and shampoo are luxurious , they even have body lotion. The on

The staff was friendly, it was conveniently located in the main train station, and the breakfast buffet was decent and had a variety of food. The bad thing is since it is located in the train station the area around it outside was dirty and had homeless and shady looking people hanging around.

Reasonable hotel extremly convenient located inside the midi train station. Surrounding area is not good at all, had I know the trains I needed also departed from the central stations i had stayed in a hotel over that
Area. Regarding the Pullman hotel: rooms are ok for a short stay, shower is really good. Breakfast is very cumbersome, reposition of food takes too long. Menu options in the restaurant for lunch or dinner are very limited. Staff at the front desk isn’t the kindest, my checkout experience was way much better than check in. All staff at the restaurant is VERY kind.

The location is just perfect by the Gare du Midi so you can travel virtually everywhere with the public transport. If your room is on high enough floor, then it is also quiet. We have mixed feelings about the staff - some were really nice and friendly people, some were pretty arrogant. The breakfast has quite limited options and, in my opinion, is not good value for money they ask.

The rooms are nicely appointed. The fact that it is located near a major station without even hearing it or feeling it, is great! Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

the location ia really good and close to everything but i had an issue with my room, as my shower was leaking everytome i had a shower, i reported to reception but nothing was done that was really disappointing.

The property is perfectly located if you are stopping over in Brussels for a nightvas it is located within the train station. Its a clean and comfortable hotel and the staff were very nice. Only issue we had was the shower door would not close properly and the shower would not deain. We have advised the hotel so im sure they will repair. Overall, a god place to spend a night.

This is a soulless hotel. The food at the restaurant is mediocre. I had the worst ceviche and chicken mole of my life. Instead of trying too hard, this hotel should focus in providing freshly cooked flavourful food. The breakfast was also very average with fruit cut most likely a few days before so it was not nice at all.

Modern hotel right at the train station

We have stayed here before due to its location so we decided to stay here again since we had a train to catch in the morning. The hotel is inside the Brussels Midi/Zuid station, which is great. The rooms are good size, but also kind of outdated. Abdel (or was it Abdal?) was absolutely amazing, he checked us in with a smile on his face and made sure we were taken care of. We will keep staying here whenever we go to Brussels for sure.
