The African American female at the desk gave the best customer service interactions i have ever had at a hotel ever. I watched her checked in a group of about 30, with a calm, polite, friendly and interactive attitude.Credit to all the front desk workers. The young lady in the breakfast area was also amazing, very polite and respectful. She works very hard with a smile on her face everytime. The overall staff on my visit was amazing...

We did ask for a suite that slept 3. We had a king bed and a recliner. We did end up purchasing an air mattress because that was the only downside of the room and it was a last minute booking. The room was nice, clean, quiet, safe and pet friendly there was a fee I think 75 for 4 days but we were grateful for it. We love the location and the coffee shop within walking distance.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Good breakfast, clean hotel, friendly & efficient staff, plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. Only downer was swimming pool being out of order. We'll definitely stay here if we visit the area again.

Check on was fast. Samantha at the front desk was outstanding and welcoming.
Our refrigerator did not work so Samantha brought us another one right way. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is beautiful, clean and peaceful. Overall this was an excellent experience!! We will stay here again!!

2 basic things, that you would expect not be missed, went wrong here.
Phone not fully working, and only 1 person on duty early am. No on call maintenance, no 2nd person for emergencies that could arise, and no thought of having the 1st available worker do something needed that was not possible hours prior when asked for.
i'll lay odds in Vegas saying that phone still has not been fixed.

We stayed 4 night.
Housekeeping showed up around 8:30 am to clean.
We weren’t even out of bed yet.
Housekeeping said they would come back after we were up. We were up and gone in 30 minutes.
They never came back.
They never cleaned the room The entire stay.
Desk person said it would be taken care of and gave us clean towels.
When we checked out in the last day the desk person said if we opened a rewards account she would give us points to make up for the poor service.
We opened an account.
Never got the promised points.

The staff was so welcoming! You can smell how clean the property was just in the atmosphere. They were so attentive and checked on us during our stay. Really appreciate the whole staff!

Well, it may be near the water. It’s not near a beach. It’s a view of the bay. The pool is very tiny and very close to the street. Nothing is really walkable. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff is wonderful. I’d like to thank Melissa.

This is an above average hotel. The parking lot is the only strange thing. It’s the staff that make this a FANTASTIC place to stay. Professional and courteous, they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable!!

I visited Pensacola for the first time on July 27, 2024.. my stay at Hampton Inn was very nice, the staff was very nice upon my arrival.. the room was very clean and spacious.. the breakfast was delicious.. I would definitely stay here again..

We just left there. This property was great, clean, smelled great, only a few miles to the beach and many great breakfast options.
The only downside we seen was the swimming pool, it’s tiny, the water was cloudy, it just look abandoned.

This hotel was very quiet and relaxing. It is 10 minutes from Pensacola beach, and more affordable than the hotels right on the beach. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Chick Fil A right down the street.
The only issue I had, was I didn't much like the scrambled eggs offered at breakfast. But the sausage, potatoes and waffle maker were really good
