Hotel is right on the beach..we stayed on the beach front bungalows..amazing..staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you..2-3 nice restaurants on the beach which were lovely at night..the best beach I’ve been to in Thailand! Can’t recomm enough!

We can’t say enough positive things about a Bottle Beach! Location is private/secluded, very peaceful! Getting there is either by taxi and then longboat OR contact the resort and arrange a truck to meet you at the pier for a fee. Beach is beautiful, good for swimming, not so much for snorkeling. Cottages are spacious and clean. Wifi is good. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. The food is delicious. BUT the best part of Bottle Beach is the staff! Hardworking from morning till night and happy the whole time! Loved them all and was sad to leave. Will be back!

The staff here are extremely rude - especially reception staff. Surly and unwilling to help! Once here you're trapped unless you pay exorbitant taxi and boat rates in and out. Go to bottle beach for the day. DO NOT STAY!

Transfer from thong sala pier was organized by resort (recommended because you only reach the resort by boat or 4x4 truck. No taxi will take you there). The beach is really beautiful and you can explore the hills around (nice viewpoint behind bottle beach 2). The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpfull. The room wasn't cleaned within 4 days without request. The Pool is ok but not the best water quality. The sea is perfect blue and clear. There are always boats around to get you to the next beach and back if you want to buy some stuff (no shop at bottle beach) or just want to see another beach.

I enjoyed my stay . Bottle beach is a beautiful and quiet beach . It can only be accessed by boat .The staff were most helpful and the food was quite satisfactory . Its a pity the rooms were only serviced every third day though -

My friends and I booked this hotel for 5 nights which was a big mistake. We had 4 bungalows. In three of them the hotel staff refused to provide with face towels, bed sheet for the blanket, water glasses. In my bungalow they gave me a blanket only in the third day when I started shouting at the receptionist. The hotel is far away from the civilized places in Koh Phangan. Only 4x4 cars can reach the place and the taxi drivers at the pier refused to take us there. During the second day a heavy rain started and did not stop for the rest of our stay. The hotel charged us for the transport to the pier but they took us there late at night instead early in the morning because they needed to renovate the road this day. They left us without drinking water and food. Because of their lies this day and no effective action we missed our booking for the ferry to Koh Samui as well as the booking for the hotel there. The staff were very arrogant, unfriendly and useless. Their behavior towards us was insulting and irrespectful. In the darkness we had to walk in the deep river and muddy road uphill, in the poring rain, so that we were very happy when we finally managed to escape from this place. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Complete paradise. Secluded beach with a handfull of hotels. Basic accomodation.

Had a wonderful week here. Staff were excellent. Pool could use a little TLC.

It is a quite place, only a few restaurants attached to resorts on the beach I probably would not return to this resort because the room facilities are too basic, but I feel like it still offered reasonable value for money at around £30p/n It was the girls on the front desk what really turned me off. The opposite of Asian hospitality. After 24 hours there I did everything possible not to spend any money there.

Super relaxing moments. The bungalow are very simple and the view is breathtaking. Staff very helpful and patient, I personally suggest sea front bungalows; it's very good for a couple, either for a single person looking for some quiet time

Spent 4 nights here. The beach and the area are absolutely perfect! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of nature. I had a huge bungalow witch was really nice but smelled strongly like mildew and had a lot of openings for insects. But with mosquito spray and mosquito net I didn't get one bite during my stay. Would visit again!

This hotel is perfect, if you don't want to leave the resort. Too far away from civilization, only way to get about is a boat taxi - however the water is so choppy and you will feel unsafe. Other option is a taxi but it's extremely bumpy in the jungle for a good twenty minutes. The hotel is beautiful.

We stayed for 3 nights at bottle 1. The beach is one of the nicest to visit in pangan especially if youre looking for peace, quite and amazing feel. The resort is the most luxe in bottle beach, staff nice and helpful, can arrange transport if needed . The only less good thing is that our bungalow wasnt right on the sea side - those were the best

Stayed in the garden delux. Spacious room with all the necessary requirements. Staff friendly, lovely beach. A good deal for the price.

Eveything beautiful! The beach is great and te bungalow in the beach is terrific!! Negative side os they do not do cleaning every dayand te bathroon is not very confortable... The location, people ay the hotel and breakfast excellent!!

Great cabin, tv and fan ! But not all the cabin has tv. Good staff. Food is little expansive but good.

-Booked including breakfast: we had to fight for our free breakfast-2 beds , 1 sheet 1 blanket. No more available- we found out the bartenders were smoking pot dat and night: orders were forgotten and always your fault for not ordering right!-waited for diner almost two hours-personell is from birma. Thai people are a lot friendlier

The staff are so lovely, they make you feel so at home. The scenery is beautiful. I would go back in a heartbeat.

I have visited Bottle Beach many times over 20 years and although it has been modernized greatly in essence it is still the same beautiful tranquil relaxing friendly perfect place its always been. If it's complete relaxation you're looking for this is the place. The staff are super mellow and friendly without being overtly attentive ...allowing you to enjoy your holiday. Great staff, beach, food & massage!

I have never met such nice and attentive hotel staff that will do anything to ensure you enjoy your stay. This place is absolutely amazing, and despite being located on a secluded beach you can still get around the island with ease. There is a great atmosphere with people from all over the world and due to there being only 4 resorts on the beach it is really chilled. I have only been back in the UK a few hours and I'm missing Bottle Beach 1 so much already, I cannot wait to go back.
