Located in the warehouse district & within walking distance of multiple restaurants. Really liked it

Good property.

we were delayed on our arrival due to a car breakdown, got there around noon on the 2nd day of our trip, were told we were considered a no show and had to wait 3 hrs to get a room, as we had to wait in the area even though i had paid ( 500.00 per night) for both days. As we were in Cleveland with other friends and a football game that started at 4, to say the least i cant still believe the poor service

We stayed at Aloft downtown and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and amenities met our needs. Loved having the option of dining connected to the hotel. Parking was a breeze and they handled it all. Thank you to the staff for making our stay enjoyable.

Great hotel, great staff cool location

Convenient for what we needed. I had a little of a hard time finding the parking garage and the room had a weird musky smell to it…it wouldn’t go away and it almost was getting worse as the night went on. We only stayed for a night so I wasn’t making it a big deal. Other than that we had an amazing quick stay.

So easy to Walk to the Flats. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Parking lot right next door.

Staff was exceptional. The room itself had some odd things: very low water pressure, poor lighting, no night light for water closet, unusable/impractical couch, mattress could be better. Location and staff were exceptional though so I would stay here again.

Well… overall it was good - but if you have a 3pm checkin rooms should be ready by 3pm. Yes, we got there early but our rooms were not ready until about 3:45 We had places to be but instead we had to wait around in the lobby waiting for our rooms. Nate - the employee to check us in was really nice - he gave me 4 drink vouchers (for 8 people) waiting - it was a nice gesture although the bar was closed and we couldn’t redeem vouchers until later that night when we got back Anyways, enough about that. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The lobby was beautiful, lots of places to hang out at the hotel (balcony, patio area, lobby had a pool table, bar etc) rooms were clean and comfy. Our sink was plugged up. They had free coffee in the morning that was appreciated It was in a great area with lots of things to do (bars & restaurants) close to the water texi and Jacob’s paviollon was in walking distance.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the concert venue. Definitely would stay again!

Stayed here for a bachelor party and it was SUPER convenient if your plan is to hit the flats

Great night life and/or view location. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Rooms were modern and clean. Plan to return when I have more time to enjoy the hotel!

Hotel was in a great location near the Flats with plenty of dining and entertainment options within steps of the hotel. Room was very nice and modern. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location in walking distance from the east bank flats. Can safely and easily walk to rock and roll hall of fame, Browns stadium and a lot of Cleveland landmarks. Next to the metro train station. Very pet friendly.

This location was perfect and the hotel had lots of extra perks and fun for the family.

This was a great location, within walking distance to many restaurants. Our room was on the fourth floor of the hotel and had a partial view of the lake. Although there are several places open late at street level, our room was quiet and clean. We saw a few reviews stating the valet service was less than desirable, however that was not our experience. Our valets were there whenever we needed them and we never waited more than a few minutes for the car to be brought to us. The fee is wrong on hotels.com, it is actually $40 per night with in/out privileges.
