Main spot right on the marina. Great for family activities and a variety of beaches to choose from.

Everything was great

We are so grateful to have found these apartments to stay at. Noemi was helpful, responsive and engaged throughout out stay. The apartment is so spacious with 2 bedrooms and a living area with a full sized kitchen. The large balcony off the back door has beautiful views of the ocean and dock where people leave for the biobay tours every evening. There are a few restaurants and kayak rentals and water taxis right behind the apartments. And a short walk down the road there are many retaurants, a nice park and ocean views. You could essentially just stay here for a week and not have to drive around and do all sorts of fun activities. Walmart and other convenient stores are only 9 minutes away. It does not feel touristy at all however. It is tucked into the calm fishing neighborhood of Las Croabas, with helpful and lovely people. I was most impressed by how clean the apartments were. There is tile throughout so it is easy to keep clean during our stay. Even on flat unseen surfaces that are usually missed there was no dust anywhere. I even had to most the stove away from the wall to retrieve the pot holder and there was absolutely nothing back there. That's impressive! Noemi supplies nice bath towels and clean, fresh bedding. All of the beds have dust protectors on them which keeps everything nice and clean. I would highly recommend Suenos del Mar to anyone looking to visit Puerto Rico.

The place smelled terrible and was definitely not cleaned when we arrived. Our host was responsive and cleaned it again so it was much better.

A family run business where the owners of present and willing to help you with local activities and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay. Property is dated but owners ensure that everything is working and the guests are taken care of.

We only booked a room because we missed our ferry and needed to stay somewhat close(30 minutes from the Ceiba ferry terminal) to catch one the next morning and our frustration quickly turned to delight. We arrived 3 hours before our check in time but happened to see Noemi and she provided us with beach towels and chairs, as well as great recommendations for lunch. She kept us updated as soon as our room was ready, which was greatly appreciated even though we were having too much fun at Seven Seas beach to go back! The condo was more than spacious enough for myself, my wife and our toddler. The view from the balcony was beautiful and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was that we only stayed one night! Next time we visit Puerto Rico, we will absolutely try to stay here again!

Nice view, but the toilet smell

Great owners who went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience in Puerto Rico. From having beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. available for use (no charge) to being available to help at 3am with a exit gate issue. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the biobay tours (don't miss this) and restaurants / bars within walking distance.

Loved the ocean view

We liked our stay here. Everything was in good condition and when there was a problem with sink, they fixed it promptly when notified.

Property very clean and in a great location for looking out over the water and getting food. The owners are very communicative and responsive. The 2nd bedroom (flamenco beach) has 2 actual comfortable twin beds (unlike the previous accommodation in Old San Juan with just an uncomfortable futon for our son). We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again. Thank you!

This place is not as advertised & pics on their website are outright fraud. The beautiful rooftop with furniture and umbrella does not exist. Yes. There’s rooftop. It has exactly 2 worn pieces of leftover patio furniture. When I sat down, I was immediately soaked & had to change my shorts. No idea where they got the lovely shot of the covered patio with tables. Doesn’t exist at this place. The veneer interior doors are splitting, the shower head is pitted and being slowly eaten away, the tile grout hasn’t been cleaned in many years. AC was set at 77 (is in the lge bedroom only) but never got below 80, half the windows do not open so it’s difficult to get air circulating. Your patio is over a decrepit parking so bend low to get that shot of the water without the industrial stuff in front of you. Some plugs don’t wk. There is hot water — in the sinks only. Bed pillows have a plastic cover on them under the pillowcases. Try sleeping on that! Steer clear unless yr looking rustic.

It was ok for 1 night

We checked in to a clean hotel and when the landlady saw we had one person using a stroller to assist walking she accommodated us to the 1st floor. The place was comfortable, clean, and had a working kitchen as well as good air conditioning.

Everything ok but few suggestions - TV was really small in living room - Need better lighting in kitchen -Suggest updating pictures in posting / shows a rooftop patio that is no longer in use

It was dated but most properties are, it was beautiful, the view was off the chain, lots of things to do, the owner’s were very helpful, loved the roosters!!!!

The host has a really detailed guests book that lays out restaurant, transportation, check-in/out policy, etc. The room is well maintained. Except that there is no wifi and hair dryer, everything else is great!

This place was great if you want a "nothing fancy" kind of place in a great location with plenty of space and a great view! I would stay here again. AC worked fine, kitchen was sufficient, rooms were clean.

This is a unique property that is not for everyone, but it was fine for us. There is no on-site staff and you check in using codes sent to you from the owners of the property. Then much to my surprise, they do not provide any toiletries, which meant we had to go find simple things like soap and shampoo. Overall, everything was fine with the property, however, I was shocked to read the instructions telling us that we had to clean the apartment prior to leaving. We were required to do the dishes, and sweep the floors. I was almost expecting them to ask us to do the laundry as well. My advice to the owners is if they are going to provide a service, then provide the service. Your guests are paying for it, so why make them do all the work. On a positive note, the price was right and the property was functional and comfortable.

The property was nice and clean. The parking and apartment were easy to access. I would recommend this place.

This property sold us a room but was unprepared for our stay. When we arrived the gate was locked and we had to seek out instructions on how to enter. When we entered the room we discovered dirty rags and tools on the kitchen counter. Then, after unloading our car we realized the room had no running water! The owner/contact originally told us we may need to find other accommodations. Not what you want to hear at 8pm, especially when traveling with small children. And, it's not as if the area had a ton of other options to choose from. The water did finally get turned on for us but we were instructed to use the shower (no hot water) and flush the toilet on a limited basis. Again, not what you want to hear when paying $ for accommodations. Had they been ready for our stay we would've given a better review as it was a nice sized room with a balcony view of the ocean.

Noemi was amazing in welcoming us and gave us a great recommendation for food. The vibes of a someone you would become friends with. Definitely would go back. Location was good.

Super clean, host responds to my question quickly. I will stay again.
