Excelent experience at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus/OSU, OH. The staff was very nice and helpful, specially Adam in the diner!

Good location, good breakfast buffet, good amenities. Room was not clean upon check in, some garbage still on floor from last guests. Pet friendly but called and charged $150 after checkout because there was a little cat litter on the floor. Another guest was bit by a pet and the cops visited our room and talked outside our door keeping us up. Fine hotel for what it is.

We stayed on the second floor in a one bedroom suite with our 5 month old. It was great to be able to separate the space and the room was very spacious. The bathroom could be cleaner and the shampoo and conditioner containers were empty. Our upstairs neighbors were so loud we had to call down both nights to complain as they were making noise past 1AM. I would stay here again but I would want to not have upstairs neighbors. Location is great and parking was easy

We utilize the suite which was just perfect for what we needed. We were there moving our daughter into Ohio State for her first year. The staff, as always, were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was that The shampoo and conditioner were empty, so we had to have a refilled, no big deal. We will definitely come back again and stay in the suite. Pillows, blankets, and beds were extremely comfortable.

We stay every year for annual doctors appointments. Close to OSU, Doctors, Whole Foods, Graders Ice Cream, and several other places to eat all walkable. Stay is always friendly, rooms spacious and clean.

Always a great place to stay- fabulous location and great amenities. We’ve been staying here for years, but the hotel is starting to show some wear- plumbing fixtures are loose, sink was leaking, toilet rocked on the floor. Still great location for an event at OSU.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The general appearance of the room was good. The dresser drawers stayed open, the remove wasn’t programmed, the hot water took forever to get warm and the ice machine was not working on our floor.

We arrived at 11:30pm after a bad experience with and having to cancel our Airbnb just a half hour earlier. The front desk staff was so kind, helped us book a room and gave us fresh bottles of water. We were in our room within 10 minutes. The hotel was clean and we felt very safe even that late at night. We would definitely book this hotel again!

It is a nice, well located hotel in Upper Arlington. The rooms are large and have a lot of amenities compared to a typical hotel room. It’s nice to have a small kitchen.

Loved the location. Easy to drive or walk to get food and drinks. Rooms were huge and clean. Staff was really nice. Workout area was nice and loved the restaurant next door. Great burgers. Only drawback was the wifi. Had to leave to do work. Tried laptop and phone, off vpn and on, and even tried in the gym. Only get 1mbps max.

Staff was very helpful but room wasnt ready by 3pm, but offered refreshment which was helpful. No big deal a few minutes late. Overall good, on 1st floor.

Pool too cold to use. Gym equipment didn’t function. Fridge in room was whirring loudly. Nothing in this hotel works. Really gone downhill. Will never stay here again.

Freeeeezing pool in a too AC-room. Made it so uncomfortable that our family couldn’t use, even though we booked here for that reason. Wi-Fi is inconvenient. Breakfast too simple and low quality. Regret staying here.

Although the room was clean and a good size…lots of room to move around….the air conditioning unit was so loud that it woke me up every time it went on….same thing with the refrigerator.

About 2 miles from the shoe. Rooms are run down. Beds pretty hard and the pillows odd. Walking distance to Whole Foods, Graeter’s, and a few restaurants which is nice. Having the sitting area off bedroom was nice.

stayed in this hotel with my daughter as we visited Ohio State University. Pretty good setup, the receptionist was fantastic (a student of OSU herself) and gave us some great pointers at arrival. Suite was well setup and all great, except for the fridge that was noisy as hell (empty and making a ton of noise so I just shut it off). But other than that, everything about this hotel / suite was great. highly recommend it.
