Good location close to beach. The staff is good and co-operative. good international breakfast. Connection from pool and beach is perfect.

This hotel is dominated by Russians. That’s probably a good thing if you are Russian, but if you are not you should think twice before booking this hotel. The pool area looks good, but the atmosphere is, in our experience, unbearable: loud techno music, shouting and aggressive people both young and old. The superior rooms are bungalows behind the hotel. The bungalows still smell of paint and can hardly be described as charming. The upgrade of 400.000vdk to a better room is well worth it: the room is decent, the shower has a good size and the porch is convenient. That is, of course, only until you realize you can’t use it due to the noisy pool area. The beach is wide and extends far in both directions. It is however littered with garbage. The restaurant serves very basic meals. The breakfast buffet was littered with flies. My girlfriend and I left after a single day. We didn’t realize the hotel offered a free shuttle bus from Mui Ne back to Phan Thiet and asked if the hotel could direct us to the local bus. We were told there was no bus and pitched a taxi ride to us for +1mill vdk. We then left, walked to the Mui Ne market and asked one of the locals: the bus departs from the Mui Ne market to Phan Thiet every 15 minutes for about 30k vdk depending on your luggage. The staff in Sailing Bay is decent but does not come across as friendly or professional. However, the Luggage handler was a great guy: funny and honest. Staff needed to verify everything with the manager.

Bad room. No Hot water. NO fridge. ROOM Door cant lock. Too much mosquito

Its awful! While we prepaid for the booking, upon arrival the hotel couldnt find our booking. When they finally found it (by using my name), the booking number didnt match. And they claimed that we only booked for 2 adults while our booking clearly stated that its for 2 adults and 1 kid. They refused to accept that and charged extra for our kid (including her breakfast). The first night they put us in a 2-star bungalow with the AC not working and a leaked toilet. Its really no more than a 3-star resort in term of both amenities and services.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful booking us a bus to our next stop and an amazing tour of the sand dunes. The location is great. Outside of the main town so really nice and secluded. The beach was beautiful.

The resort also comes with a big swimming pool and a gym which i have no time to check it out due to tight travel schedule. However, for my room, the safe box was not working. The air con initially was not working properly as well till we inform the staff and they got somebody in to fix it. The worse part is the power supply on one side of the room, which are all not working at all. This includes the phone line, the bedside lights and all the power sockets there. Location wise it is located very far end inside of the road, much further away from all the main seafood restaurants.

Very mixed about our stay here. The pool, restaurant and location were incredible. However we received a room that was an absolute dump. The bathroom constantly smelt like an outhouse presumably from issues with plumbing, the walls were missing wallpaper, safe constantly would malfunction locking our belongings inside, noise from the nightly galas was excessive. Overall would not recommend for the money.

The hotel is bery nice and peaceful. Suitable for honeymoon or family.

무이네에서 이틀묵었고 그 옆 무이네베이 호텔에서 하루, 더세일링 에서 하루 묶었는데 리셉션 태도가 불친절 했던것, 룸크기나 욕조유무 빼고는 더 세일링이 낫네요. 또한 위치빼고 만족합니다 특히 바다전망룸 잡으면 저녁에 달이 바로 앞에서 뜨는데 달빛이 바다에 비치는 그 뷰가 정말 환상적입니다. 한적하고 조용한곳을 좋아하신다면 강력 추천합니다. I spent two days in Mui ne. One day in a Mui ne Bay hotel which is next to the sailing bay hotel and the other spent The sailing bay. All things consider, i strongly recomend The sailing bay. It much better. However, the receptionist wasn't kind. They should be educated for attitude first !

Our resort was very nice, lots of chairs around the pool, enough umbrellas for all, and staff always ready to bring cushions, drinks or food. Breakfast was fantastic, dinner not so much so. Free shuttle into town for the afternoon/evening.Downsides... internet was often slow, rooms were not cleaned until late in the afternoon (just when we wanted to return!), our safe malfunctioned 3 times, the door to our balcony wouldnt seal, so the wind whistled through it all night, one day the shower water ran DARK brown for about 5 minutes, fridge didnt keep anything cold. All of these things were minor annoyances, but they did add up.

We really enjoyed the resort, including the private beach. The resort is a bit far from the main area of town, requiring a taxi to get to off-site restaurants and activities. While the resort offered a shuttle, the times weren't really convenient. If you're looking for the resort experience, this is a great option, especially for the price. Would definitely recommend -- just want to alert potential guests about the very minor inconvenience of being removed from the main area of town.

This place is average. There isn't much beach activities to do. Actually, I didn't see any activities. Came at time where it was slow and nobody was around. They even turn off the lights at night.

So far to the central city. Service is not good. But the sea with way is perfect

Went on a tour through the hotel and they provided a guide. Took us to eat at a small local restaurant which was someones house. Awesome experience.

Next day morning ordered the noodle soup. Omg! taste was terrible but charged at 4 starts price. Next day they had event for outside guests. Start from 2pm to until 10pm. I tried to understand but my patient level gone away when I tried to order some glasses. Restaurant staff told me that they are busy with cleaning for this event and told me to come down and take the glasses by myself. I can't even believe that they are running 4 stars, I repeat 4 stars, and what kind of attitude and service is that? This was not stop here. So I tried to talk to so call team leader and in the end he brought glasses. However I ordered 4 but end up getting 8 different shapes and sizes glasses. There is nothing around this hotel and so far away from downtown area so next day we ended up eating lunch at hotel. Food was really terrible and not worth the premium price. Even ice bucket is not free. Also heard the noise from big power generator normally at night time and we couldn't really enjoy your time. We stayed there for 3 nights but even check out time no one carried bags for us until receptionist told the bell boy to do so. I can't believe this.

Nice and clean hotel just next to the beach. The pool area was amazing with a nice little bar right in the middle. We payed extra for ocean view and it was worth it! We just went out on the balcony and we could enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. The room was big and so was the bathroom with a bath tub and a very nice shower. The staff was very friendly, their english wasn't great, but you can definitely get the help you need anyway. The hotel was located a little outside the town with all the restaurants and shops so we had to take a taxi to get there. On the other hand the hotel was very quiet at night and the ride was short and cheap. We would love to come back to Vietnam and this hotell!

1st impressions,stunning hotel. Check-In quick. Our room was a deluxe ocean view and we were happy with it. You need tobe on minimum floor 2 to have good views. Rooms very nice but lack drawers,hooks,extra plug sockets etc,simple things! Pool had no shower facility to rinse off before entering,therefore it became murky but a very decent size none the less! Beach not all that, seen nicer. Staff very helpful and friendly but hard to find many staff who spoke or understood english.......quite frustrating! In a nutshell it's trying to be a 5 star but not there yet. It doesn't however deserve the poor ratings that you will find on trip advisor-unfair!!

The resort is nice. Beach is clean. Swimming pool is OK but it is great if there is a bar close the swimming pool where we can stay inside the water to drink beer. this type of bar normally has in every modern resortsCould not comment exactly as the resort is very new and ongoing to compete some other items so hopefully it will be better soon
