We booked this Hotel because we stayed here last year for our anniversary and it was very nice. The staff was very friendly. The service was efficient. The room was very nice comfortable clean and efficient and the view was absolutely gorgeous this year. It has been extremely Disappointing. There’s no balcony to our room and the view is not anywhere close to what we had last year. This is our second day and we went down to the pool last year. We were able to order lunch or snacks from our lounge chairs around the pool this year. They directed us to a food truck and it was closed. Then we proceeded downstairs to eat on the patio and the service was so slow. We didn’t really think we would get our food. Last year, I highly recommended this place to our friends and family. Unfortunately, this year I cannot repeat the recommendation if anything I would have to advise people to stay far away it’s definitely not the same. I feel really bad because we look forwarded to celebrating our wedding anniversary here again, but it is very disappointing

I wish you would have tell me that i had to paid $15.00 a day for parking while the casino people don't pay and end up grabbing the closest parking spot has i know this would not reserve it .

Overall it was a great experience. The only feedback I have is the parking. It is almost impossible to park on a Thursday or Friday night. Also we have to paid extra for parking.

Everything about my stay here was great. Staff was amazing and helpful. Every person I encountered was great. The breakfast was probably the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had. Room was able to get super cold. They have a bar. It is a 30 second walk to the adjacent casino property. All in all, would highly recommend.

I just think that it was unfair that we were charged for parking with our eight day stay at the hotel which came up to nearly $600 in parking which I think that should be free for those renting the hotel

We had a great stay. Although when we first arrived the room that was giving to us had a moldy smell and there was water coming out of the floorboards. We realized that the A/C was leaking and that was most likely why there was so much water underneath the floorboards. We immediately went downstairs to the front desk and told them about our concerns. Eduardo, the front desk agent, was amazing. He immediately got us a new room and sincerely apologized for the rooms condition.
Eduardo was one of the most hospitable front desk agents we have come across. He really made us feel welcome every time we walked in. He also addressed a hair dryer problem we had and followed up on us.

The hotel was in a great spot for quick access to the highways. It was conveniently located next to a mall for last minute purchases and close to late night spots in Bayamon for nights out. Also, having breakfast included was a big convenience every morning since I could run down, eat, and then get back to my room to start my day. If I wanted something fancy for breakfast I could have left the hotel, but for no additional fees, the breakfast options provided were surprisingly plentiful and hit the spot every time. I would definitely stay here again.

Every thing is good except the AC. The room is 602 at end unit. The AC is very noisy. Woke me up 3-4 times. This is the 2nd one Hyatt hotel stayed this trip. All are no good for sleeping because the AC. Will not book this Hyatt anymore.

They dont clean the floors, on weekdays the free bfast its done by 9, on top of that parking fee $17 per night room extra daily fee $13 plus tax end up paying $200 extra just in parking and fees.

changed to 3 rooms , faucet in shower fell off and no hot water in all 3 rooms and they were dirty and roaches. Moved to the one in San Juan

It is a very nice hotel if you just want to go for the casino next door that would be a great place to stay. There is only a few local restaurants nearby.Everything else is major food chains but there is a mall And walmart right behind the hotel
