The hotel did the job of a one night stay during a trip up north to help split it up. The bed sheets where dirty with maybe blood in multiple areas. And the shower was pretty dirty looking and had multiple bqlck spots.
The front desk service did get us a new sheet but honestly, i couldnt sleep well because now everything seemed filthy.
But it certsinly served thr purpose. Have no expectations ans youll be fine.

We got there and the entire hotel looked good from the outside. Inside however was a little outdated and dusty. It had that weird old lady perfume smell to it. Our room was ok. You could tell the beds had simply been remade. The bathroom was kinda dirty and had downstairs hair in the shower and on the floor. I asked them to come clean it and they did.

Rooms looked updated, clean. Strange smell like men’s cologne but good. Spacious, liked that there was a fridge and microwave! Continental breakfast wasn’t much but we didn’t really need it. Beds were not too terribly comfortable. We were very happy with everything else though! Convenient parking, nice staff, decent pricing and overall a really nice room! We’d stay again!

I booked it for 2 nights and almost immediately decided to change it to one night. I sent an email and I was never contacted about changing it to one night and didn’t get a refund for the 2nd night that I didn’t use. The staff were also not friendly and not very cooperative when I raised the matter with them. I had even suggested to change the 2ns date to another date a few days later but they didn’t even entertain my request. It’s clearly my worst experience with a hotel in North America so far. Breakfast was also finished before time and wasn’t replenished so we left without eating. I surely won’t be using them a 2nd time because it was clear that they are more interested in the money I paid than the service they’re providing.

The Red Carpet was convenient, worthwhile price, close to amenities. I have no complaints.

This is the 1st hotel that the air conditioner was not on when you entered the room. The room has very bad smell. The hotel provides everything to save $ for themselves, not for customers. It has signs to tell you to save things for the hotel and fees where be charged for a lot of things, such as misusing the towels!

Wasnt the best, wasnt the worst. Breakfast was lacking- cereal or a bagel and wasnt even enough out to feed the family. Staff wasnt rude but didnt go out of their way to be friendly. Felt rushed to get out in the morning.

Limited breakfast buffet - bread is taken directly from cold storage! and nothing else was there, being a budget hotel this is expected.

Great hotel. Worth the price. With the fuss on the sign about what towels are meant for and if misused you will get charged you would think they would provide good towels. These things were thin and barely worthy of being called towels but everything was still great.

Property was functional for basic sleeping and nothing else really. Breakfast was pretty pathic and overall, property is somewhat run down, BUT it was clean and felt safe, so it met our need for place to sleep to 2 nights.
