This is one of the best stays we’ve ever had. The room is big and clean. The front desk is very friendly and eager to help. We highly recommend it and will stay here again if coming back to Sedona.

The wallla were not soundproof and neighbors were loud after 10 pm.
The mattress was okay but not great.

I only realized they charge extra for pet after booking (website did not mention it. $25/night for small dogs and $40 for bigger dog ) . This will cost me $120 extra . I reached out to them and they gave me a break by charging $25 /night instead. Staffs were friendly and location was great. Room was clean and newly remodeled. Great stay!

This hotel is conveniently located in Village of Oak Creek, close to Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock trails.

We went to celebrate our four year anniversary and chose here because this is where we stood when we got married.
We got an upgraded room.
The room was clean and had a fireplace. It didn't work but it was astetically pleasing.
The beds were not comfortable but the pillows were fluffy and comfortable.

It was a nice two day trip to Sedona.This hotel is closer to the hwy which was good. It's just a quick drive to the Tlaquepaque Village and other shops,galleries and restaurants. You could see Bell Rock from the second floor, outdoor roof deck. They have many tables and chairs up there to enjoy the view.There are no elevators, but the suite rooms were spacious. The staff was super nice and informative. There is a great chinese restaurant next door. It's in the same parking lot area. No ice machine but there's a Circle K right across the street. TV watchers they only have free tv, so no football lol

I like pretty much everything about this property. It was centrally located. You could walk to hiking pass if you wanted to. The staff was excellent. The air conditioning in the room wasn't the greatest. The units would let the room heat up five or 6° above what you have it set for before they kick on. I would like to see more efficient better system that keeps the room at a more constant temperature

I have stayed here several times now. This time I had an issue with the AC not working well enough to keep us cool at night. Unusual for this establishment. Would love to have an ice machine available to the guests. Live the staff and service at this facility

Clean rooms and peaceful lodge between DT Sedona and Red Rock.
Room was complete will all the necessary amenities, otherwise they have it all in the front desk. From all sorts things that you can borrow like iron, books, or board games.
Front desk attendant (might be the manager)🤔 was really knowledgeable and accommodating. Will definitely go back to this place on my next visit to Sedona.

Basic accommodations, no real amenities, no housekeeping unless requested and no recycling opportunity readily available which to me is essential when traveling.
Cash discount was appreciated and staff did give us a coffee maker for our second night’s stay. Apparently that is not included with a “standard” room

Good location with very friendly staff. The room was very clean with a small mini kitchen. Traveling with 2 small dogs. And they offered a dog blanket which was so nice. Enjoyed staying.
