The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower also was very nice. Check-in was easy and the staff were nice. If there was anything of issue it be the location of the plates and utensils for the breakfast. They should have been at one side or the other instead of the very center of the food line.

We had great expectations for this hotel but unfortunately our visit wasn't very good. The floors felt sticky we traveled with kids and we used the extra linen and pillows from the closet and they all look uded, were dirty and had stains on them. We let.the front desk know and they brought a clean one. The kids wanted to go swimming and the pool was so cloudy and looked dirty. They didn't stay that long. The only positive thing was the breakfast. Lots of quick options, clean and plenty of staff assisting around. I would recommend it but they just need to improve in some areas. Great location with walking distance to grocery shopping, food, movie theaters and other shopping stores.

There is not a exhaust fan in bathroom, no table in room to eat at or play games, furniture very uncomfortable and ran out of extra pillows and blankets.

Look elsewhere. The bedroom was not queen beds as my reservation stated but rather full size beds. There was a toilet paper roll on the sink that clearly had blood on it and the pool was very small. The staff was the only plus as all were very professional friendly. Definitely not worth the money to stay here.

Where do I start? I booked this room because it was the most expensive which probably was my first mistake. Bugs of some sort in the room bit us all night. The room was not clean at all with fruit under the bed and some kind of peanut butter smashed on the wall. Uncomfortable bed couldn't wait to leave

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and staff kept everything replenished and clean! I will stay again on my next visit to st joseph to visit family.

The main entrance has issue with low Ground clearance vehicle access. There is an alternate access, but it requires a U-turn around a medium.

Great service from the front desk to the attendants at the breakfast area. Our bed was very comfortable and Breakfast was wonderful!

Pros: - Huge plus is the TV is actually usable, meaning you don't have to pay extra for all channels. - Very clean. I specifically checked for bed bugs and found none. - Chips, drinks, ice cream, etc. are all reasonably priced. Still overpriced than buying it from the store, but that's expected. - Breakfast was more than just cereal! We had the fresh cinnamon rolls, but they had fresh pancakes, etc. - Very quiet. You are close enough to restaurants but not close enough to hear the traffic. Cons (minor and nit picking): - TV stand was pretty scuffed up cosmetically. - A bit of bubbling on the wall near the shower.. should probably be looked at. I doubt mold but should be fixed sooner rather than later. - Some vents looking a bit rusted. - Bathroom sink was partially clogged, meaning it would fill up with water eventually due to not draining fast enough.

We were very happy with our stay. We were there without a car. We walked to supper at nearby 54 last night and walked to shopping this morning!

Nice clean rooms friendly staff

When we arrived there was a sign on the counter announcing that the elevator was out of order. They had reserved us for the 4th floor. I knew my husband would not make it up four flights with luggage in tow. I asked if they could put us on the main floor which they did. So that was a plus. The rest of our overnight stay was fine although I did have some trouble with the shower being slippery—too soft of water I think. Breakfast had a bit more offerings than is usual at motels. So a bit above average stay.

Kind, quick and professional check in. Clean lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms & commons areas. Rooms are decorated tastefully, smell nice & are clean!! Pool warm, smells clean and feels great. Water temp GREAT!

We were moved to the Fairfield Marriott..The IHG hotel had maintenance issues.

Did not enjoy my stay here seen a couple cockroaches in the room.

Hotel was nice...clean but not the cleanest I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and happily changed our rooms when the first room smelled of smoke.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Nice place to stay.
