Front desk was wonderful. Room/beds were great. Probably the best stay of our 10 day road trip. We were in and out so didn’t use any of the facilities. They did allow us to take milk and bacon for the road. Nice place - would recommend.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Close to the expressway. Breakfast was great, but be on time. They begin shutting down around 8:50 so that the room is cleared at 9:00.

The staff were super friendly. They went above and beyond for our family. We didn’t check in until after 2 am, we were still greeted with a smile and they even offered a late check out.

The hotel was dirty. It wasn't Best Western quality at all. We went to check in our room and there was somebody in there that wasn't supposed to be and had the door barricaded we told the person downstairs at the desk and she said she would call the police and get them out of there but it was pretty scary we had our two dogs and I paid ahead of time with hotels.com and I had to pay an extra $60 for my pets on top of the fee which I wasn't too happy about surprises like that. That's a lot of money

We enjoyed our stay here! Breakfast was nothing super special but it was nice. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Pool was convenient and our kids enjoyed it!

Some of the "plus" properties are not helpful for that designation, but this one shines above the others. Recently renovated, modern and clean. Friendly staff and N Little Rock has a nice little stretch downtown with interesting and fun restaurants.

Staff was kind and went out of their way to be helpful. Even though it was a pet friendly hotel there was nowhere to walk my dog. I ended up driving to a nearby park

Good check in. Large rooms. Bed stand light did not work. Found previous guest underwear on the floor. Room was clean except for that.

There was no hot water. This is the only complaint, but a nice hot shower means a great deal!

The staff member on desk the night we checked in was amazing. The payment sent by Expedia wasn't working, and he called and ended up speaking with a supervisor to get it straightened out. Rooms were clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The neighborhood felt a bit "iffy", but the property itself was safe.

Truly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the suite. It was so relaxing. It was clean, well placed so I could see my show and the jets had great pressure. Just what I needed after my week at work.

when i booked this hotel i looked at the pictures and it showed a hot tub and after we checked in and went to our event we returned to the hotel to find out they do not have a hot tub and i was very disappointed!! we did find out from the front desk they we were not the only ones that thought that as well!! honestly that was the only reason we booked there because no one else offered that! but the hotel was clean and smelled amazing and staff was wonderful!! please check all websites to make sure the pictures of the hot tub is removed!!

Th staff was excellent however the a/c did not work in my room me and my family were hot all night. The rooms temp was 81 degrees at the time of checkout

The room was nice and clean. I would stay here again and again. Don't skip breakfast. Loretta was awesome. She will be a reason to return. BW has a gem in that lady! We went Friday night and came back and stayed Saturday due to the good service.
