Upon check in Kate offered for our room to be swapped out to a lower room rather than the upper room as we were travelling with a toddler. She was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and modern and the shower was larger than expected.

Abode 37 was a great place to stay while in Emerald; the kids found the sofa bed to be comfortable and the kitchenette was just right to be self-sufficient for some meals.
