We had a good stay at Ibis. Room was comfortable and as advertised. Some things are lacking a bit of care (like the cracked glass in the lobby), but overall it was good.

A great spot for all Stromae fans, the metro station Louise is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

We found this hotel perfect for our stay.
Reasonably within walking distance of Louise M; we suggest to leave the car, if you have one, in Ceria M and take the train due to traffic restrictions for the city of Brussels.
Friendly staff, daily housekeeping, high-quality breakfast buffet, fast internet, 24-hour free coffee, microwave, refrigerator, and safe.
There is also a supermarket opposite, shops and restaurants nearby.

Basic, fairly up to date. Parking is very narrow (if you have a large car).

Be aware in the summer!!!! The AC was not working, it was around 95 Degrees Fahrenheit (35 Celsius) and the AC did not work at all. We asked for a compensation, but that did not come, only a bottle of water. There was a big vent installed in the lobby but we did not see any workers fixing the AC problem, it seemed they just waited for the weather to cool down. So we did not get a good nights sleep!

Although ideally located, the hotel is very corporate with not a lot going on in the rooms. Small rooms with the bare minimum in terms of amenities. Our room was not really what was pictured when booked, but since we would only come back to the room to sleep, we did not mind as much. I would suggest more liveliness and colors to match up with the kindness and amiability of the people of this beautiful city.

The place is in a very communicative area in Brussels. There is a metro station and tram station nearby, which takes no more than 5 minutes to get to.
There is no electric kettle in the room, but there is a coffee machine available in the lobby for free, where breakfast is served.
The room was not entirely clean, as I found breadcrumbs on the carpet and chair in my room. In addition, I was not able to control the heating in the room, which appeared to be centrally set to a certain degree. Personally, I would have increased it a little bit.

The hotel has good position, the room was clean but the service is not enough.
There’s no restroom at the reception’s floor, so if You check out and You leave them your luggages, You’ll not have the possibility to pee.

Very good all round from the location (on a good tram route which stops right outside)to a good breakfast - and free light snacks and drinks 24hrs a day. Also, a good and secure left luggage facility. Highly recommended.

I found only one staff member to be polite and helpful. I felt the hotel was below standard considering what they charge. It is close to major interest points.

This was easy and affordable for a business trip. Semi-walkable from the Eurostar train station; quick check-in; decent wifi; comfortable bed; good size of shower and plenty of hot water. The only problem was that the bathroom had an awful odor throughout my stay -- as soon as I opened the bathroom door, I could smell it. It may be a problem with the drains, I don't know, but it lasted for the entire trip. I had to hold something scented by my nose to be able to bear being in there.
