Nice and clean!! Close to the beach

I loved how their was breakfast ready , I didn’t like how the pool smelled but it was nice and relaxing

Room had a strong cigarette smell. And the were long hairs inside of the towels and shower

All was good, would have been great if the pool mushroom waterfall worked

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and never had an issue. Unfortunately this time we had pretty significant mold in the bathroom around the tub and on our last night there we found a huge cockroach in the room so we had to up pack everything and make sure we weren’t accidentally bringing any home with us. Unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere for yearly trip to Rockport.

Pool and the style of hotel.

I tried to check in early around noon. They had rooms available but insisted on charging me$30 for an early check in. I refused and told them that i had never had to pay an early check in fee before. They said that it was a new change. I will take my busiess elsewhere next time.

Comfortable stay. The room we had even has a pull out sofa bed which is nice . The area is close to everything. Their pool is a notch higher than other motels which we appreciate. They have covered cabanas and shallow area for the kids.

My family had a great stay! Overall, the property was nice and the staff were extremely friendly. Sometimes it would take awhile during breakfast for more coffee to come out after it had run out and my family had to wait for extra towels to shower one evening, but it seemed to be a lack of staff rather than anything the current staff was doing wrong.

We loved our stay at La Quinta Rockport. Nice, clean, comfortable hotel! We loved the pool area and breakfast as delicious each morning. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful!

They had a really nice pool area that was kid friendly and the cabanas were an awesoe way to enjoy the pool area but stay out of the blistering sun. The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. Definitely was happy being able to request a late check out so we cohld have a little extra time on our vacation.

Very clean and nice hotel just wish the breakfast was re stocked more often. I’ve stayed here three times and every time I’ve been less than impressed with the breakfast always out of coffee when I go to get some and other items at the breakfast bar.

Last minute family trip worked out great! Booked rooms on line and easy checkin process.

The rooms were not cleaned the entire time we were there. That would include making the bed, vacuming room cleaning the bathroom, replacing the towels or refilling the soap, shampoo and conditioner cont\ainers in the bathtub, and emptying the trash containers in the room and bathroom. My wife insisted that I get fresh towels late Saturday. When I went to the desk, there was another paying customer there demanding trash bags to clean out the room and toliet paper, as the room was out..As the desk attendant was getting the toliet ;paper she informed me the room had not been cleaned I told the attendant that my room had not been cleaned either. The attendant informed me that the hotel policy was to not clean the rooms unless the customer personally required it. I wondered how the customer was supposed to know that, but as the attendant appeared a bit put out so I didn't ask. I got my towels and trash bags and cleaned the room myself as there didn;t appear to be a cleaning staff on duty that night. My wife and I noticed that a number of customers had their dogs with them, to include in the dining room during breakfast. This struck us as unsanitary, espically as it was raining outside and the dogs came in wet. And as wet dogs do, decided to "shake off the water? in the dining area. These were big dogs who also tramped in water into the lobby.

Breakfast was very basic. You need to say explicity that you need your room done. Everything else ok.

Very convenient & affordable. Worth the money. Hotel staff kept property clean through out the night, for example I would put towels out in the hallway for the housekeepers to pick up, excepting them to be picked up the next morning & they were picked up within the same hour of me putting them out, even if it was in the middle of the night. Breakfast was really good & the king Felix room was excellent.

Our rooms were clean and in good repair, the breakfasts featured the usual variety of foods and were kept well-stocked, and the staff was friendly and competent. It was a short walk to the beach and an easy drive to restaurants and shopping.

Had a good stay there. Staff was very friendly and place was clean. Good breakfast area. Really enjoyed the pool area except for when a group with an ice chest of beer came out to party. I believe they were locals from the area, they pulled up in a truck and waited for someone to walk out the secured gate to come into the pool area. Not very secured when you can walk into the pool area off the street/parking lot.

Place was quiet. Breakfast was decent.Staff was great. Only thing I didn't care for was the bed. It was way too soft for me. That's just me though. If you like a soft spongy bed then you'll like it.

Overall it was nice. Had zero issues. The pool was extremely nice, there was even an area to relax while in the water and an area for smaller kids. The town itself is small and you’ll have to travel to go to places but the hotel itself is good!!
