Amazing little hotel in the center of downtown. Within walking distance of shops and dining. Service was on point And even called us after hours when we needed to add a night.

Good stay. Room was tidy but bathroom had a little mold in corner and one mirror light out. Ac/heat worked well. Front desk help was nice and efficient.

We booked a month in advance. We were put in a handicapped room (unnecessarily because we are not handicapped nor requested this room). Bathroom door did not close, service dog in the room next to us cried for over an hour, we couldn’t shower because the shower smelt of urine.

The only problem we had with our 2 night stay was the tv. The volume of the tv was low very hard to hear some one came to try to fix it but couldn’t. There were no buttons on the sides of tv to try to adjust also no one could get the captions off.

The property was under construction which is totally fine, but the issues I had were with cleanliness. I took my son in the pool and there was a LOT of debris in the pool including what looked like to be a very green/mildewed looking swiffer pad (I have no idea what it actually was). The shower had the pink mildew in the creases on the wall (although the shower floor was clean and EXTREMELY slippery; my four-year old slipped and fell twice in the shower, once hitting his head on the soap shelf). The staff was very friendly and helpful, though!

Property is undergoing renovations so lots of boxes sitting around and entire facility has an odd odor, staff was super nice though.

Check in desk attendant was pleasant. Housekeeping is not automatic but we did ask for housekeeping as we knew we would need towels.
Our room was fairly clean. A few lamps were missing light bulbs. We did find a sleeping mask beside the bed, so I’m not sure how much deep cleaning happens.
The breakfast was questionable. No waffle batter, no fruit, no eggs. The morning front desk attendant was outside smoking and crafting when I went to inquire.
We also did not receive any clean towels or housekeeping, but was given them when requested.
I would definitely look for other accommodations for future visits.

Didn't like that the outside doors were not accessible with key cards. Fitness room was not accessible with key card and room key was also iffy to open room

Heater was loud with gurgling sound. Hotel door and other guests were noisy. Shower curtain was moldy at bottom corner. Otherwise clean and large room. Hotel elevator floor was dirty. Breakfast was good, but wish they had whole grain cereals and bread. Overall, good stay and great location!

Great value for price. Breakfast was included and good. Bed was comfortable. Felt safe and secure. Building is a little older. Rooms are a little small. But again, great value for the price and staff was very nice.
