Staff all friendly and the pool was great for my grandkids . The hallways are needing the carpet replaced but everything was clean and comfortable

The pool and hot tub was so much fun

Upon arrival, was told that they were going to call me (but never did) and tell me that the executive suite I had booked was unavailable due to repairs, and that they could give me a different room. The entire hotel on Expedia and on the hotel's website stated they were fully booked, so found that odd there was a different room available. The elevators had an odd odor and felt like they were going to break down mid-use, so used the stairs the rest of the time. The room they gave us was partially clean, had to scrub the bathroom and jacuzzi first before being able to use. The mattress was like sleeping on a plank of wood. During the night, there was kids sprinting up-and-down the hallway until after 1am, which the staff attempted to intervene but they continued. While that is out of their control and I hold no fault of that on the staff, it just added to the poor experience of our stay

Very nice and extremely clean and quiet hotel!

Gotta be the worst hotel in Dawson Creek. So many stains all over the carpets in the hallway and in my room. Terribly unorganized and waited to get my cc for damage deposit until after I had checked in. Was supposed to have a jacuzzi room and was not given that (so glad I paid for it). Nothing like being welcomed by locked doors when you arrive at your hotel too. Overall I won’t be staying here again

When we were checking in, I was really tired (stressful week). I was having trouble with my VISA card…..at one point the fellow on the desk asked if I was sure I had enough funds to cover using it!!! (The card had been declined because I had messed it up several times….). I almost walked out at that point, but I was too tired! Not impressed, however.

Room was large, in good repair, quiet and just what we needed at the end of a long day. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean comfortable but the room needs safety mats and safety bars in bathtub/shower. All staff are friendly and helpful.

Overall our stay was good. Housekeeping did not come at all during our 3 night stay which is hard when you have 6 people in a room. Pool and hot tub were good and breakfast is your typical continental. It was nice that it was different every morning.

Beautiful breakfast buffet with all you could ask for, down to a juice machine and milk! Hot tub was out of order for all of a few hours and they had it back up and running! Water slide was great for my son and pool was just deep enough!

The gym was spacious and had everything you would need. The breakfast was really good.

Loved the suite, but the carpets are old, and had bleach stains in a lit of areas.

Lynn at front desk is absolutely amazing at what she does she is always courteous has a great attitude towards customer service and has helped us in anyway that she possibly can. You have a great employee and I hope she is recognized for her service for your clients

Service is great

The man at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. I booked the room online but my credit card wouldn’t work in the machine at the desk ( for the deposit ). He was patient and helpful as I dealt with the credit card company, and helped resolve the issue for me. Fantastic service, will be back with them next time I stay in Dawson Creek

The room was nicer than expected. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the complimentary breakfast. All the staff were very friendly.

Experience was good. We had booked a room through expedia and when we arrived that room was not available however they did have one come available shortly after checkin and offered it to us.Our room was clean and there was very little hallway noise.

Jet tube didn’t work, bathroom sink faucet didn’t work, room was not cleaned well, hotel very run down condition. Not worth $240.00 a night.

Everything was good, besides the jacuzzi didn’t work.

We choose this hotel and paid the big price because our kids wanted to swim. Were very dissapointed that the pool was closed! So frustrating. Hotel is not worth the $200, very aged, elevators creaks. Would NOT pay the price again for this hotel unless I was positive the pool was open (for the kids enjoyment). Only up side was, breakfast was very good.

Felt they were short staffed and we’re doing the bare minimum
