Thanksgiving Holiday with family in the Baltimore area.

Exceptional hotel! Very large and comfortable room. The only drawback was the truck noise that persisted all night. As for a room facing the back of the hotel. Great breakfast and excellent customer service.

A well kept property with clean rooms and friendly staff. Everything in the room worked, although the towel racks in the bathroom are not securely mouthed, so don’t pull on them. Be careful exiting the property by car, there is a major blind spot to your right

I checked in on Thursday 10/31, my husband was scheduled for a one day surgical procedure on Friday, 11/1. Unfortunately the procedure turned out to be more complicated than expected so he was transported to mwmc(hospital) where he and I stayed for two days. So we didn’t return for our 2nd day at the hotel.

I do love this place! The room was big, nice and clean.
The stuff was nice and made me feel comfortable, gave a hot water for tea at 10:30p.m. (I think it is late time). I appreciate it!
Only one thing was annoying - it is a fridge in the room. It works really loud. And I couldn’t to turn off it(

Nothing unique one elevator was broken and the fridge in the unit was broken but we were able to switch rooms.

My stay was decided last minute so to a change in plans. So I booked my room through third party which went smoothly here’s where it goes down hill. When I get to the hotel to check in I see a few frustrated customers who had been waiting for more than 15-minutes prior to me arriving. Now let’s add an additional 20-minutes of having to wait to check. When the clerk appeared he seemed unbothered and very removed from all of what’s happening all around him. This was very off putting the clerk did not acknowledge anyone and just said next person. As a customer I asked are you the clerk for the evening he said yeah. I got my key and went to my room

Maintenance of the property was lacking. Elevator role, ac broke, landscaping dead.
Worst free breakfast I’ve ever had at - cereal was stale, sausage tasted like a hockey puck, coffee cups leaked.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean. The only issue I had was that check-in was supposed to be at 3:00. I arrived at 4:10 and was told that the room wasn't quite ready. it was still being inspected. Otherwise, my stay was very nice.

The stay at Hampton Inn was beyond horrible. Upon arrival, no one was at the reception desk. It took nearly 30 minutes for a clerk to show up. He was unfamiliar with the registration process and left the desk to go check a room. It took another 30 minutes to get our rooms. The air conditioner was not working well in our room. The halls were noisy with people most of the night and no one answered the front desk when I called. There was no seating in the breakfast room. When I checked out, the clerk never even asked "How was your visit?" CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNHEARD OF AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I will never again stay at a Hampton Inn Never.

I did not like the noise, surroundibg the property, from ajacent quality Inn hotel.
I was dissatisfied that my rooom was not service on day 3 of my 4 day stay after leaving
my room that afteoon. I removed do not disturbed sign after leaving my room.
Upon returning nothing was replenished, linenns. Toilettues nothing. I was let into the laundry facility my the front desk management. To find clean linens, to make my own bed.
Upon leaving the next morning i was told l should have notified the front desk,once the cleaning staff left the floor. I was not aware that if you sleep in , the cleaning staff does not recheck the floors once you leave your room. I also had this experience at another ther Hampton Inn location.
While I did like that the area was near restaurants and shopping, and they served hot breakfast. I will likely not book another stay at a Hampton INN

There’s a Quality Inn next door. Some of the Quality Inn guests were roaming the area or outside smoking.

ROOM WAS NOT SERVICED EVEN THOUGH THEY ASKED US IF WE WANTED CLEANING AND WAS PRE TIPPED. TOWELS NOT CHANGED AND TRASH NOT TAKEN OUT .

This is a good location for an event we go to yearly at the Maryland Zoo. I recommend it for the comfort of the beds, the free breakfast and indoor heated pool.
The only negative was one of the elevators was out of service when we visited, making the wait times long given we were on the 5th floor. Would stay again!
