Entrance is confusing, you have to go through the patio of a restaurant. Location is walkable to popular places but not loud. Room was clean. Old building issue with floor being slanted in bathroom. Also shower curtain was half the size it should have been, I just tried to be cautious to water getting out.

Very nice comfortable accommodations. Staff was very responsive to any requests and readily available even when not at the front desk. The location is excellent and for a short stay well worth the nightly rate

The property is in a great central location but the hotel is very basic. There is no front desk or staff to greet you, just a sign with an emergency # to call. The one person we did encounter wasn't very friendly and didn't give us our breakfast vouchers. The room is simple with a desk, chair and a mattress on a metal platform bed (not a full boxspring set). Overall it served it's purpose of being a place we could crash overnight but definitely not worth the almost $500 we paid.

Lovely Room, Staff and overall wonderful experience at Waterford Inn !!

We enjoyed our stay and the location is perfect. However, the bathrooms could use a refresh and the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable.

The room was so good and clean. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. The location was so close to everything you need in Ptown. I really enjoy staying at this place

I loved the Waterford for my stay in Provincetown! In a great spot and slightly away from all the action so it’s quiet but close enough that you can walk anywhere within minutes. We got the standard queen room and it was perfect, so adorable, great closet and nice bathroom. Also Mews pop up was incredible. The food, service, atmosphere and everything overall was wonderful. Can’t wait to plan my next vacation to Cape Cod!!

What a great stay and fantastic hospitality.

I know that it was Thanksgiving and staff was off, but I was a little disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room, and that I had to plug the fridge in and wait for it to cool down, little things that I would have just expected to have at the ready. There certainly was a coffee maker on the main floor, but although the place seemed pretty empty, I was booked into a room on the third floor. Anyway, all in all, the bed was great, the room was almost too warm, but I opened the outside door for a bit and cooled it down, and the silly little things didn't matter, once I settled in. Had a great meal at Napi's on Freeman, and a few nice walks around town. The Parisian Bakery just down the street is always a treat, and I was thrilled to pick up a few awesome pastries! On the whole, the hotel is a lovely place.

We love the Waterford Inn! Comfortable rooms, convenient to all things P-Town, and great views of the harbor from many of the rooms.

Everything was fine, but there was no bed changing service during the stay.

We liked the proximity to town, and the homey feel of the building, being a large, old house. It was very clean and comfortable. At night, too much light from exterior lights (nearby buildings, street lighting etc.) was coming in the windows. Curtains or some other way of keeping out the light at night would be great!

Had a great friends trip and a wonderful stay . The location is walkable to pretty much everything. There’s a great bookstore right across the street . The room we had was a long with a private balcony and it was everything. We could hear the ocean as we went to sleep and have coffee and wine on the balcony . Everything was very comfortable and we were even given wine glasses for our room . There’s a lovely courtyard as well and the ambiance is great . Keep in mind that it is an old house with creepy floors and you can hear when doors open and close . This didn’t bother us at all and we were on the top floor - but the people below us did come up to ask us to be quiet - so keep this in mind .

Keyless entry, minimal interaction with front desk. No extras but super cute accommodations in very cool, convenient location. The price is right!

Had major problem getting parking as we pretty much had to find on our own. Found out from a member of housekeeping after paying almost $100 for parking blocks away that there was parking across the street. When inquired about parking on the Sunday of our trip thinking some guests may have checked out, the Inn Keeper said “I’m not working today”. This set a mood for sure. Nice place and great location.

Great, clean, hotel in the heart of Provincetown.

We paid about $550 to $600 a night for a 7 night stay here for the larger room / suite. It was an utter waste of money. No front of house staff, not even someone to help at check-in. No daily clean / housekeeping and limited opportunity to speak in person to anyone in charge. No breakfast included, nothing. We even didn’t have hot water on our final day - not that we could tell anyone about it! I messaged the number a few times and we were ultimately refunded $340 - which was an appreciated gesture, but a small one at that given the above. I’d definitely not recommend staying here.

Lovely old historic building. Check in is all virtual.. requiring an app etc - but easy enough.

There was no reception staff, no breakfast nor vouchers for breakfast (as advertised), and no parking despite being listed on the hotels.com website as having parking.

Quirky place. Not professionally run which is the fault of the owner, not the staff. Place had lots of random stuff lying everywhere like dirty towels and in need of more storage. Still I enjoyed my stay because I loved the room. The room was not very expensive. Had it been I would have been disappointed. But they need to hire more people. Seems like the staff is very stressed and over worked. But they try and are nice 😊

The Waterford Inn is beautiful and quaint and just lovely. The only thing that was "off" was that there isn't anyone at the front desk. When we arrived, our keys and info were in an envelope on the desk. No one was ever there to answer questions, etc.

This was a centrally located place to stay. So close to shopping and restaurants. No off street parking. Staff was very hard to find. Included breakfast was a $6 per person voucher for a nearby deli. It is a great deli, but this paid for part of a breakfast at most. We had to find the staff every morning to issue new vouchers. Most days this took multiple phone calls—very frustrating as we couldn’t locate anyone. Vouchers should be given out up front to avoid this every morning. The private balcony is a small landing at the top of stairs leading to multiple rooms two locked doors away from the room. Not really private or a balcony at all.
