It’s a shame as the hotel it’s self was not bad and in a nice location. However the amount of theft within the hotel put a big dampener on our travels. The first night our room had been robbed and also on the 3rd night. According to locals theft at this place has been on the rise and is thought to be within the staff there. Which would explain why they didn’t seem too bothered. The woman at reception/owner really needs to learn some people skills, most rude and arrogant person I have ever come across

Our room was in separate building across the street from the resort the beds squeaking all night every time you move. Every time you take a shower the whole bathroom fills with water, You can access the pool in the main resort across the street near the beach and it’s nice. Location is amazing if you’re going to the full moon party but you might have to put up with discomfort.

Rin beach is a good hotel. Beatiful place on a good location. Only problem was that it was really queit (december) and I think I was the only customer at the whole place.. kind od scary.. The same problem would probably be at many hotels in Haad rin. People seem to come there just for the Fullmoon party.. so if you are going when the fullmoon party is not going on be prepared for a quiet tpurist destination.

What a great find. The complex is right by the harbour area, and is just 2 min walk to the Had Rin beach area where the full moon party is held. We stayed for 3 nights and it has a great pool to chill by in the day. The room we stayed in was first class, and great value for the money. Highly recommend it as a place to stay.

Pretty good overall, but the shower's temperature controls were inaccessible and the toilet made a loud screeching noise and had to be turned off when not in use.

We got upgraded for free to one of the sea view rooms, it was beautiful! The staff couldn’t help enough. All I could complain about was the water pressure in the shower was terrible, it pretty much dribbled water rather than a proper shower.

This property was absolutely fantastic. Please book a deluxe sea view bungalow, it’s so worth the extra money. Great location, the pool is huge and the bar & restaurant great for breakfast, lunch, snacks and cocktails.

Stayed here for the full moon party. The pros were that it was a close walk about 5 minutes to the full moon party but far enough away to get sleep if needed. We upgraded our room to a room over the sea which was lovely. The pool is good and the bar staff are amazing. The cons are that there a steep dangerous steps to some of the rooms (hence the upgrade) we didn't want to chance it after a night at the full moon. The family that own the hotel are very rude and unhelpful, we ran into them at a bar at the full moon party where they was charging 40 baht to use the toilet which is not uncommon. They was also extremely annoyed that we wanted to change rooms and spoke to each other in thai clearly about us. I felt that the did not care about the guests and more concerned about money. The shower in our room was freezing all the time and there are no mirrors next to any sockets which is just what you want when you're trying to get ready for a party. There are bugs everywhere and I mean everywhere. Prepare to get bit even with a repellent that has over 95% deet. I would not stay here again due to the owners, which is a shame as it is at a beautiful location right next to the pier.

Nice place, clean, big enough for two persons, big balcony and refrigerator, great pool, located 5 seconds (!) walk from the Haad rin pier, 4 minutes walk to the main beach, quiet enough, close to markets and resraurants.

The room I was in (130) had no view. It opened to a wall from another building. The pool is not operated by the resort, but rented out to a business woman. She got upset when I brought my own bottled water to the pool.

The hotel was good for the full moon party at koh phangan. The room was small but okay. The swimming pool is great.

Great location close to everything. Full Moon Party 5 min. walk. Pool excellent. Rooms could use some work.

Overpriced drinks and food as well as overpriced for a room that has almost no english employees, no tv, bugs in the beds, a broken air conditioner, and people can walk through your back porch and steal your debit card like they did mine. Would have been cooler sleeping on the beach like i did last night and might not have been robbed

Overall great hotel, pay the extra $ and get the ocean view room. Newer rooms, less walking, much more natural light, and nicer finishes. My brother got the jungle view and I much preferred my ocean view room.

Walk in shower room which isn't modern. Nontheless the room was nice and comfortable. Staff were helpful. I left my rucksack and they sent it to me at my next destination!!...was really nice of them.

This hotel is close to the wharf on Haad Rin Nai opposite of Haad Rin Nok (full moon party beach). The staff are incredibly unfriendly we were not made to feel welcome at all. No water in the bathrooms. No wifi. We came back after a day out and someone or something had come into the room and left paw prints everywhere. When showering the water would just shut off randomly and we did not receive any help with this. There are cheaper and better accommodations in Haad Rin. Would not stay here again.
