Good hotel just to pass the night and continue traveling by car the other day.

Motel was decent and affordable with good quality room at affordable price.
I would have rated the friendly service higher but was surprised by the demand for a cash deposit of 100 dollars to secure the room. They would not accept a credit card deposit. Only cash. An unpleasant and unplanned and probably unnecessary surprise. I questioned desk manager and he said it’s just policy.

Old motel. But recently and professionally painted inside and out. Parking was super clean. Room was fresh smelling and clean. TV, frig, microwave. Quiet location. I travel on my own dime so am always looking for best value for the buck. I’d give this place a 9/10

It was okay, for a quick stay for one night. No mini refrigerator or microwave for your food tho. It was clean and bathroom was spacious.

Had reservations for 5 days because I’m working out of town , after the second night stay the front desk failed to tell anyone that was staying there that the whole parking lot would by caution taped off so they could repave the parking lot and not a single paying customer could park in the parking lot , had to park my truck over a 100 yards down the street from room with over $10k worth of tools in it . Went to the front desk and they told me they weren’t aware that “ construction was going to be happening “ . Complete joke . Also my room was only cleaned twice out of the five days/nights that I stayed there . Will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone . The beds were not comfortable at all , better off bringing a air mattress

On line, this is what I would consider a "budget" hotel, but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The grounds were clean, tidy and well kept. The room was clean and seemed to have been updated within the past year. We only stayed one night but wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

It was okay, and maybe a bit of a value for what we paid. The layout of the room was a bit odd, but in fairness, the clerk moved us to this room because the A/C unit in the first room assigned to us was noisy. It was nice that she moved us without any hassle. We'd probably stay again.

The bed was terrible. The towels and washcloths were rags. this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life!!!!!! The bed should have been replaced several years ago The bathroom was very, very small

This is decent hotel in Porterville for a one stay. It is clean but a little dated. The lighting in the room isn’t great.
The staff is friendly and the hotel’s surroundings are safe.

Daughters found a toothpaste tube behind their bed. Door to bathroom was beat up and swollen, so it wouldn’t shut all the way. But, room and bathrooms were clean, staff was helpful and polite, and lots of cute kittens all over parking lot.

Arrived at our booking to be told that they had run out of fold out beds and they expected a group of 3 adults to share one bed for 6 nights. They kept insisting the room was suitable was 4 people in one king bed. No solutions offered apart from being told to pay double for a second room or check out. It was late and we had been travelling for over 30 hours. Tried other hotels in the area but all booked out. Once an unpleasant review was mentioned they did decide they could swap our room to one with 2 beds however there was an upcharge.
Furniture (couch especially) in the room was disgustingly dirty and one of the pillows had mould coming through. We brought fresh pillows in Walmart and used for our trip. Towels were no longer white and housekeeping hit and miss.
Did not mention the dirtiness to staff after their lack of interest from the beginning. Will never stay there again.

Overall, a pretty comfortable room with a pretty large shower. The bathroom door did not close easily and the door to the room was a bit fiddly. I also cannot recommend the in-room coffee for great flavor. There was some ambient noise from other rooms.

The bed was so uncomfortable and small. Pillows were so small and uncomfortable. Towels were small and scratchy. The conditioner tube didn’t have enough go condituon my hair and the shower curtain was very dirty. It was cheap and in a decent location and clean otherwise.

I didn't like that it was hard to flush the toilet because of weird remodeling and the time limit policy. We had many delays with our new apartment so we needed 5days but they only allow 3. The remodeling did mean that everything was new and clean though.

The motel was well remolded and the rooms nd the property was very well maintained, but by the third night, my body was covered in BED BUG bites. It is 9 days later, and my body is still healing from that.
The owners were kind people and the motel looks great, for a 60 old property, but they need to deal with the bed bugs.

Nice property with some recent upgrades. The only real negative is the pillows were very small and uncomfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would return if in the area again.
