Absolutely clean and spotless room, queen bed vey comfortable , worth the price we got Quiet. Naturally beautiful motel

The staff was friendly and tended to my needs.

The rooms were awful. The sheets were stained, bugs in the bed, grime everywhere, disgusting smell and just absolutely filthy. We could not stay in this hotel and left. The staff would not refund us. We have pictures and videos of the dirt and actual bugs on the bedding.

The manager was lovely and very nice, he was very accommodating with giving us new towels and checking on if we needed anything. However the room was dirty. The sheets and towels were clean but the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, the window sills were dirty and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. The safe in the room didn’t work and there was no coffee machine in the room. It has a lot of potential but they need to hire some better cleaners to work on the rooms after each stay. And to add coffee machines in each room or offer it at the main office in the mornings would make a huge difference in convenience.

We did not find easy the place. Is up to hill. We arrived at 4:30 pm… in parking is few cars only.No body came to say hi or bye. Is only one women with her child around. Hotel llok very old. We turn back with out talking with no one. We stay about 15:20 min we back home. We did not like . Sorry about that.

The motel had the lowest price and first i was not sure,however the checkin was smooth and the room was excellent, clean , after a longday i had good sleep, quiet facility. The place is rustic and the room was modern with queen bed etc.

Room was clean,staff is nice, i am planning to come back few times so i will definetly stay here.

Older property with a fresh coat of paint and new wood flooring , no traffic noise its away from.the highway. The manager was very courageous and helpful.

Staff is excellent I arrived early. They were happy to accomodate. Room was clean, property needs some upgrades which the manager told me they are updating.

The staff was friendly. but this place should be close down. The bath room and the shower was so bad that if I had time I would have reported it to the South Hampton health department. Stay away from this place at all costs.

I was hoping to spend the night in a decent motel thinking this is the hamptons. It was far from it. For the overprice i paid for the room, this motel smelt worse than a cheap motel you can find driving in the middle of nowhere in Arkansas. The stench was sooo overpowering that it numbed my sense of smell and taste, I thought i came down with the Covid-19 by the time i left the room. I took a shower in the morning hoping i can get the smell of the bedding off of me and i noticed yellow spotting dripping on the floor of the shower. There was a weird yellow coloring stain dripping down from the condensed ceiling that was spread all over the bathroom ceiling. ROOM 4 is more like the smelly gates of hell.

Room is big and clean,late check in staff was very cordial, also gave late checkout no fee.

Everything was excellent from checkin to check out.i think the outlook needs some updating, a pool Could add good value. Staff is amazing.

The absolute worst hotel room I have ever booked in my entire life. It doesn't even belong on this or any booking website anywhere on the internet. It was awful in every way possible. Filthy, from the dirty area rug to the long hairs in the sink and on the floor. There were these flying nat-like insects everywhere, particularly in the bathroom. There was an awful methane type of stench coming from the bathroom that smelled like the septic tank was backing up. I have stayed in many rooms in my life. There has never been one even close to as bad as this one. All the times I have booked a room on hotels.com, I have never felt compelled to leave a review until now. I can't believe I paid for this room. Words do not do justice describing how bad this place was. AWFUL!!! So awful that I didn’t even stay the night. I was so disgusted that I check out same day I checked in and drove home 2 and a half hours at night just to not sleep there. It was THAT disgusting. It is a disgrace that this hotel is even listed on Hotels.com. I could go on and on. But if you could imagine what your worst possible experience in a hotel room could be, this place would play out what you're imagining in every possible awful way...

The pics they have on the website are not the property. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Found numerous long strands of hair. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed. And the remote was disgusting

As I previously noted no one at the motel were wearing masks. I walked into the office I was the only one with a mask. No signs were posted. The room for 600 plus dollars was old, musty and looked very used . No updates since 1963. I was afraid to stay there for the the safety of my family. The lack of COVID precautions was scary. I didn't stay at all.

Room is spacious. Location is good. Sheets were not clean so we had to request new ones.

Complete filth hole. Reeked of cigarettes - coming out of the AC unit, bugs everywhere, hair in the sheets - spent 1 minute in the room before I left, asked for a refund - manager showed me another dirt box - we left and booked without a refund

Might be biased because of my fear of spiders, but there were spiders in my room/bed and a a few other bugs

It is a filthy dump. Dead bugs on my bathroom floor dirt everywhere. They clearly don’t care. I don’t think they change linens between guests.
