Rooms are very dirty. I say rooms because we were a time from my company and everyone said the some. My room had hair from previous stay all over, floor was dirty and very dusty

The rooms are too musty, and the main ds don't give you full service. They always forget soup, wash towels. If anything was missing I would have to write it down for them to replace it

This is a modern hotel. Our room was large, with a walk in shower and a very comfortable bed. It's convenient to walk to several restaurants. The pool is fabulous and the staff was very helpful with any questions. Ivan helped set up tours and was so friendly and personable. We looked at several hotels while we were there and were so happy that we chose The Sortis. We highly recommend it!

I expected more from this 5-star hotel.
Yes, the room is huge, but it has strong humidity/mold smell. It's really unpleasant.
Breakfast... it looks nice from the first sight. I prefer to eat healthy. Fruits are not fresh which is surprising. Sweets/bakery stuff is super chemical... I had problems with my stomach two days in a row after those breakfasts.

The actual rooms could be cleaner , but over all the rest of the hotel is beautiful, modern , staff is great. Hotel food could be better. Spa and massage rooms are amazing , have great accommodations.

This was my birthday trip and I loved it, the staff wwere so welcoming and constsntly wished me happy birthday. Hubby loved the sports bar in the casino, sadly didn't get to use the other amenities but we will certainly be back.
Big shout out to the concierge team, Omar and especially Ivan truly wonderful guys.

Close to everything in the city , loved the ambiance & decor of the hotel it has a Vegas feel . The food in the 24hr cafe was greatttt ! . Wished the pool was open till late . Also wished there was a jacuzzi on the property .

I think the property was very good. Their was so many amenities to enjoy such as the pool & being ablevto order food by the pool. Also the spa was a plus the massage was amazing. & everything was relatively close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again

Outside of issues with the television, the overall experience was a good one. I would both recommend it and I'd definitely stay there again.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Mostly everyone was very nice and as helpful as they could be. The problem was the hotel itself! It's BADLY in need of a renovation. The rooms stunk sooo bad and we changed rooms twice. If the trip wasn't already paid for, we would have tried to find different accommodations. The area surrounding the hotel is very poor looking and run down. It was dangerous because one of the grates outside their hotel was lifted and my mother fell. With taxes on single bit of money uou play in the casino, you'd think they could afford to renovate and get rid of the mold/mildew smell! Definitely would not stay there again!

All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location to explore both new town and old town.
Lots of restaurant choices within the venue, and just around the corner from the hotel.
Was there for business so a lot of time in the convention area (floor M) but everything was great.

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. I did not feel very safe walking outside of the hotel are. Taking Uber and cabs was very easy to do from here.

I came to Panama on a solo trip and I’m glad I chose this hotel. It’s very convenient and safe. With many dining options to choose from, the spa on property was amazing. The pool was great the staff are extremely helpful. When I come back to Panama, I’ll be staying here again!

Pros: room was spacious, very clean, & smelled nice. Awesome bathroom & shower. Bed was great too. Amazing pool & plenty of available loungers & tents. Casino/Blackjack was ok.
Cons: breakfast buffet had good fruit & bread, but pancakes & waffles were gross 2 days in a row. I took a bite & spit it out.
I give the property a 4.5/5.
