Very pleased with cleanliness and closeness to Silver Dollar City. No breakfast though was provided, but the price of the stay made it okay. Disappointed we had to ask for coffee filters twice. Really liked the non contact with anyone. If something was needed one could call for assistance.

There was some hair in the shower and floors were a bit dirty but overall it was easy and convenient location for silver dollar city. Check for shuttle times if you are planning to use the free shuttles. Would stay again for the location and price.

The staff are impeccable!! They are so professional and accommodating. We love staying there.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable, some items in kitchenette if needed, such as utensils, etc. Bathroom had plenty of towels and shampoo, soap, etc.

We were skeptical given the low pricing. We decided to give it a try and it was perfectly fine. No elevators, breakfast or front office attendant. We had a 2 queen room with lots of space, all kitchen dishes, pots, toaster, and a hot plate burner. The pool, bbq, bonfire and basketball area were well kept and appreciated. Also customer laundry room available. We would stay again.

I was very pleased with the staff, the cleanliness, the parking, the layout of the property. I would definitely recommend White Wing Lodge to anyone who wants spacious, comfortable, living away from home. On the other hand, I would not recommend Hotels.com, for they are rude, uncourteous, change your dates, even while the Lodge is trying to help you. It will not allow me to post photos. Wonderful Stay. Close to our destination, Silver Dollar City! Comfortable Bed. Very clean. Hot water was inconsistent but always returned. Big bang for our dollar. We will look forward to returning!

For the cost, this is well worth it. The rooms are large, the common space and kitchens are good. Bathrooms are older, but clean and kept up. The beds are not very comfortable, but are clean. Know that they will contact you the day of with your room and code. Know there is no elevator, and steps are necessary for most rooms.

This hotel is pretty standard as far as independent Branson hotels go. The hotel is a quick drive from Silver Dollar City, the lake, and Branson's strip. There was plenty of parking available and there was an outdoor pool. The check-in process was easy with the smart locks. The bedding was a little scratchy and thin but the bed was comfortable. We also had some issues with the water temperature in our shower but our trip was short so we just dealt with it.

Wonderful lady who worked with us. Very comfortable and relaxing. So much better than being in town.

Since it is a self-serve location, I never saw the staff. I did call to ask checkout time because I didn't see the check0ut time in the room or on the door as most motels have it listed. Great place to stay. If I stay there again, I would like that room or one of the other rooms next to it. I like parking next to the room.

Hotel is nice had 2 bedroom, clean,beds not very comfortable, pool had smaller kids with no parent in site , good location would stay again

My wife and 3 kids arrived a little after midnight driving from st louis little over 4 hr drive. We booked for 2 nights when we arrive NO ON SITE. She called the after hour # multiple time's no answer. My husband called, Hotels.com called them. Site said we would receive a secure link which never came. NO TEXT NO EMAIL NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. when they called the bext day she even said that im not then1st to have this happen to them. Having my wife and 3 youngsters trying to find other accommodations at 1am alone since they were not able to check in. The hotel finally calls the next afternoon saying they have had MULTIPLE issues people not being sent a link to check in. Then yesterday they emailed me basically saying "We know we have been having issues with out service but WE WILL BOT BE REFUNDING THE $214 for the room"" we could not even use. So they'll admit they're wrong but not refund. Service like this i dont care how jice the place COULD'VE been will never stay.

Good for the price but don’t expect the Hilton. Property is older, we could hear every squeaking footstep of people in the room above us. Bathroom is a tight squeeze and the only sink is not in the bathroom but added in with the kitchenette so we had to brush teeth etc in the kitchen? No staff and no office on property - it is contactless property. They responded quickly when we had problems with the key code entrance. They dont clean the rooms daily and Their policy is to only replace towels after you are there 3 consecutive days. The problem is even when we hung the towels up, it was so humid inside they didn’t dry within 24 hours. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. If you are looking for a cheap place near the lake this is a good option- just bring your own towels.

I loved that it was a quiet area close by branson and that they had small kitchen areas! I will be coming back here!

Convenient to Silver Dollar City. Noises from surrounding units, particularly footsteps upstairs were quite loud.

Ours was a quick overnight trip, but the room was very clean and loved the laminate floors of the room and the dishes would have been nice if we needed them.

Quite relaxing inviting very friendly help . I be sure to keep on places to stay. Prices were very reasonable. It has a dog wash also bring your pet and washer and dry available.

Our first stay & won't be our last ! Great communication, easy check-in and room access. Great beds, well supplied & serviced. Towels folded like a 5star hotel, pay close attention to words written on fuzzy blanket on bed when you arrive. Full size fridge was such a huge help. Everyone was so friendly - already referred friends to stay there ! Can't wait to go back ! Hidden Treasure !

We was staying over, we had to hunt down someone to get towels, then we was being rushed the day we was leaving.

Had roaches my first room didn’t have air and the bathroom was nasty is was 0/10
