Mu family loved it, they were pleased by the look, cleanliness and service.
The staff was always there for any help and service you need.
The beds were not that confortables, they had hard matters but you could still sleep well. I would recommend it and I would definitely come back

The property is beautiful and well maintained and the room comfortable. It was nice to go back to some AC after being out in the heat all day. And the staff were all wonderful too. Would love to stay there again. Lastly, the location of the hotel is excellent.

This is an amazing hotel with great amenities and attentive staff. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe from my airport shuttle pick up and throughput my stay. Staff were really helpful, providing info on places to visit and also helping me plan my onward travel. The rooms are comfortable with air con and hot water and the breakfast is great. You can’t beat the location either. Great choice for a hotel in Granada !

Great little hotel. Staff are constantly cleaning every day all common areas. Breakfast was great for $5. Hot water showers which you cant always take for granted.

This is the place you want to stay. Everyone was extremely friendly. The pool was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. And it is very convenient to all the things you want to see. My flight arrived at 1:00 am and they had a driver waiting for me at the airport, just like they promised. I hope to be back soon!

Located in the city center. Very close to the Main Street with restaurants and shops. They have a nice pool and patio. I really enjoyed staying here.

The staff wasn’t welcoming or warm. There was one woman that was very kind, she ironed my pareja’s dress and she was always friendly, but she was the only one. They should put some effort into their hospitality.

The staff were fantastic - couldn’t have been more helpful. Loved the ‘honesty bar’ - help yourself & add a tick to your room on the book. Old fashioned and lovely. Also a great location, both quiet and very close to the town centre.

Great place to stay. Very close to all the main areas of Granada. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and exactly what we expected.

The hotel has a great location, the staff was a bit rude at the beginning but we then found out it was all a misunderstanding. The service was great, like I say the location was great, the rooms were decent. I would recommend and might even stay here again if I ever go back to Granada!

Hotel is located about one block from Main Street with all bars and restaurants. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Spoke English.

The only downside to Hotel Patio was leaving. Great location for walking to many sights and places, friendly staff, very clean. The pool and area were perfect to wind down after a day in town.

This is a lovely small Nicaraguan hotel located just a few blocks from the central square of Granada.There was a refreshing swimming pool right outside our hotel door which we appreciated after touring the sights.A delicious breakfast was served to us and we had a choice from the menu.

I booked the hotel for people on our mission group. The stayed just one evening. She wrote, Hotel was great, almost a romantic getaway. The pool, rooms and location were great. She said she loved it.Thought the breakfast was excellent.

First time in Nicaragua. Hotel is in a great location and they arranged our private tours. Extremely friendly staff. Tons of restaurants near by, as well as, a market. Safe area to walk around in at night. Breakfast wasn't that great but enough to hold you for a couple of hours.

Staff was very helpful and respectful all the time. Looks like the owners (a Spaniard middle age couple) have done a great job training local young people for the last 9 years. This is a quiet and clean place, 100 meters away from La Calzada Street (where most of the restaurants are).

Everything at this hotel is five star, because of the people who run it plus great staff. My only concern is the size of the room. (Small), but nobody can work on that. So five star plus 4 only for the size of the rooms.
