Stayed here alone. Great view of the sea. Beach just steps fromThe restaurant. Great Mexican restaurant nearby- just walk up from hotel a bit, it’s on the left. One receptionist was angry that I suggested the Mexican pls e to a couple who were asking for recommendations be Ayse she wanted them to Tage a taxi and get the commission for it. She’s the only one who’s rude and unprofessional- she doesn’t understand that if you make a guest’s stay more enjoyable, they are likely to come back and / or review the hotel. She was angry at me for the remainder of my stay. The other staff is wonderful!!the rooms are large and 2 bottles of water are left daily from housekeeping.

Had really bad infestation of ants. Pillows were made of leather. However staff was so friendly and amazing. Pool area and location great.

Good location (on the beach) poor WiFi, room cleanliness could be improved. Several ants nests in the bathroom, 1 power socket next to the door, food and drink reasonably priced. some guests returning on a night made noise. But expected for the price of £6.50 a night.

On arrival a staff member from the hotel takes you to your room & hands you a checklist where you have to go around the room & check everything is okay i.e.: bed, shower, sink, doors, fan.. this makes you feel like there is no trust from the minute you check in, on top of this there was mould on the ceiling, scratches & paint on the wall with ants running around the room. Apart from this the hotel was in a great location right on top of the beach & you can hire a very good scooter out from there which is good. Food is great & probably the cheapest restaurant food you will find.

The review quite bad but the fact the room condition not so bad as the review picture. The checking process of damage in room it just to protect their property. As the price it so cheap. So it cause of your money. If you stay here but the ticket here as it free shutter

It's is nice hotel and very cheap that is why I didn't expect palace. Is is close to the beach but this beach is not good for swimming . The pool is clean, the restaurant is quite cheap and the food is delicious there. The bungalows are dark and little but messy. They don't provide room cleaning , but again, for a such money it's is not a big deal . That was just one big minus: while pool parties it's just impossible to stay there. The music is super loud , and that was not my favorite so my ears hurt a little))) The massage is very cheap there and is good (not the best one, but worth it) . They provide bikes for 250B/day. I rent on another place but saw they have it and gazoline if u need it . Another thing : you need to give your passport as a deposit or 5000B cash (I think for a such rooms it is too much).

Our bed was broken, toilet broken, shower leaked, ceiling was rotten, and there was literally paint everywhere. I cant imagine how the cheaper rooms were. Front reception- acted from the beginning like we are criminals demanding either a passport or 3000 baht and told us it was normal (its not). No where in south east asia have I put a deposit on a room more than 500 baht. 6000 baht for 2 people is ridiculous.

Its a party hotel, good if you want to have fun and drink a lot (The pool party its in this hotel). The hotel provide all the services for the guests in a cheap price. If you book a room here it's Berger to pay extra for a AC room ( its too hot in koh paghan), so you can sleep a liltlle bet more.

No toiletries of any kind, one toilet roll for the entire stay, I asked for more was told to purchase it. Cons: Upon check in you are required to leave your passport until check out OR leave a 5, 000 bht deposit and a 300 bht deposit for the key. If you want clean towels or bed sheets YOU take the dirty ones to the reception area and they give you clean ones...you make your own bed and you take out your trash. There are no toiletries including soap, one roll of bathroom tissue per stay and if you require more you buy it.

Very good price and loved the pool overlooking the ocean

The hotel is cheap and good to rest and party. The room is not great but it's OK for the money. The food in the restaurant is good and cheap. The swimming pool is great and clean.

stayed in a bedroom w/ 2 single beds and fan. no wifi in room only in common space room is clean but perhaps the ventilation is bad so little damp and smells faintly staff are kind and helpful party atmosphere but rooms are pretty quiet

Pool parties were pretty fun, unfortunately, they weren't that many since Koh Phangan is pretty quiet out of FMP. My biggest complaint though is that internet is not available in the rooms (something they should upgrade imo) and overall, was really slow.

Not a bad hotel, you get what you pay for. Would recommend only for backpackers and people wanting to love cheap. Restaurant is great and nearby some great beaches as well. Would stay here again if Im going on a budget.

We stayed here for the full moon party and it was within walking distance so that was nice. Other than that the room was plain and definitely not dirty but not clean. There was a half a blue pill on the night stand from the last guests. The double bed was comfortable but the single was a brick. Our friend booked a massage and then came back to tell us they double booked so she got bumped. Then when 3 of us booked massages we were waiting for our apt and there were only 2 massage therapists and 4 of us waiting, double booked again. We got our money back and went downtown for a massage. The service in the restaurant was horrific!! Once you finally got service it wasn't guaranteed that you were gonna get your order. I ordered a side of hashbrowns one morning and never got them and my friend didn't get her breakfast another morning and we had to leave. Ironically they have big posters about good service all over.
