Check in was quick and the room was fine. The elevator seemed to be malfunctioning (we were on 3rd floor) and disappointed the advertised hot tub was not working.

The bathroom tub was yucky! The mat in the tub had what appeared to be mold on it! Plus the mat looked to be taped to the tub! No way was I getting in this shower!

This hotel was very disappointing. We were traveling with children that look forward to an evening of swimming and the pool was out of service. The room looked as though it was barely cleaned. No kleenex in the dispenser. Very little amenities. Breakfast was also less than satisfactory. Very little options. It didn’t appear clean. Will not be back.

Pool and hot tub were not working. We were told by staff that management refused to fix it. The continental breakfast was poorly executed as well.

They advertise a pool and hot tube and it was drained and closed. The breakfast was very limited and the coffee was like water . The rooms were clean and up to date but my toilet seat was cracked and pinched u every time u sat on it...

Everything was good except for the fact that there was no pool or hot tub, which is primarily the reason I chose that hotel the website didn’t say anything about it being permanently closed

We had difficulty checking in and co worker had to change rooms twice due to issues. Towels are very small and thin, bathroom run down...on a good note the beds are comfortable.

A convenient location close to Jackson. Cost was reasonable. Did not like that staff didnt advise us of a planned power outage for the town. But they provided us a flashlight to use while the power was out.

Place is clean and roomy, and bed quite comfortable. One of the lamps was missing a bulb.

The room was clean and comfortable, the front office fellow was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel was next to a 24-hour C-Store so parking was a little dicey, and a neighboring room had two BIG dogs who were loud every so often. I'd be happy to book there again. There was a great restaurant right across the street.

It's a declining property but the staff are great and the place is clean

The room was clean and there was a good breakfast but had an emergency happen at the end of our first day that required us to leave early. Even though we offered to be out by 8 a.m., staff said a refund for the following nights was impossible, despite the fact that staff asked us to come back hours after our original check in time.

Business center needed refining, printer out of toner, had to update Windows in order to use computer. Someone had switched B and N keys on the keyboard. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was very clean.

Building permeated with cooking odors. Front desk staff dressed unprofessionally and kept interaction to a minimum. Facilities tired - chipped toilet seat, chipped bathroom tile, leaky bathtub faucet. 1990s decor. Pool closed ro maintenance.
In this case I paid for what I got - a relatively decent and chep room that allowed me to clean up and get organized after 5 days of backpacking.

The motel did exactly what they needed. I like the location of it was easy in an out very clean.

On the internet the photos of their rooms showed a small frig and a small microwave. Our room had only a frig. The freezer part of the frig was broken, having to be propped. up. We were disturbed twice by staff members knocking on our door, but not giving a reason.
The room was comfortable. The breakfasts were better than expected.
