Rooms were very clean

Sofa chairs all had a springs that hit the back — Very uncomfortable. Pillows were very flat, windows were dirty. Bed was older and uncomfortable. Pool looked nice and people were using it. Fridge was good. The owner was helpful and started our window air conditioner when we couldn’t get it started.

This place is NOTHING like advertised. They asked us to fill out all of our personal information which was very strange as we were travelling all week and NOT one place asked us for this information only our license plate number. So we asked to see the room first so he showed us. WHAT A DISGUSTING PLACE. The beds need to be replaced as the sag in the centre and they are basically on the floor. The room also had a odour that turns the stomach. We could not see pay that price for the place so we left. The grounds need a lot of work grass not cut trees need a good trimming. Stay away from this place.

The salt water pool was clean and warm. Wish there was a coffee msker un the room.

New owners this year, they are amazing, rooms were very clean and they pool was so perfectly clean and just the right temp..... I just love this motel and pool!!!

Good place

Beds were so comfortable, staff was amazing but the shower is really small. Also I had to pay $20 more for the same room my sister had as they upgraded me to a room with 2 beds instead of one.

Stay was awesome dated rooms but comfortable saltwater pool was amazing perfect temperature and plenty of accommodation around pool BBQ area was clean and we used it everyday would recommend and would stay there again

The lady was very nice when she greeted me. The rooms were not big but just enough for my spouse and 2 kids. What i liked about my stay is that she had all the amenities for us to have a comfortable stay. There was always propane in the bbq. The pool is very big and is warm. This is a great stay for people with a family and the price is reasonable. The rooms are a bit outdated but we didn't spend much time in our rooms so that was ok with us. The beach was a 10 min walk and away from all the craziness which again was great for us with 2 babies. I'd would return again.

Interesting place to stay. Welcome was very friendly - but the motel has definitely seen better days. The only real complaint was that the bed was rock hard - I like a firm mattress - but this was like a board. I am sure the price reflects the area - but they would never get away with charging this elsewhere.

Nice pool. Wifi is limited only to outside under a tree

My stay here with my kids was pretty good. The staff was friendly, the salt water pool was nice and warm, they had barbecues available for use, just a 10 minute walk away from the beach. My only complaints would be that the wi-fi didnt work most of the time and the shower stall in our room was really cramped.

Super strict property, felt like living at home with the parents when your 34. I understand having a motel in wasaga beach and dealing with tourists can have its battles but not every person is going to be out of control party animals and shouldn’t have to be treated like such. Especially when the property and rooms it’s self is in the condition it was. Rooms were outdated, shower was rickety and couldn’t tell which was the hot bs cold but it didn’t seem to matter, you only got a mildly warm shower at best unless someone in the motel flushed a toilet then it was freezing. Parking was a nightmare if you have more than one car for your room, luckily we only needed it to crash for one night so we didn’t really care for much as long as the beds worked. Signs for rules EVERYWHERE really ruin being able to enjoy anything they may have to offer. Felt like I was always being watched by the lady on duty. Will not stay again.
