Our first night we checked in and ac was out however they made it right got us settled in a different room and we the. Had an amazing stay breakfast was great and pool was fun ty for our stay

They charge $100 pet fee. And place you in a dirty room. The mirrors are peeling and the shower had stains and mold. Our pet is well behaved and trained what a ridiculous amount charge for a pet. For 260 bucks a night we expected a nice room.

Our stay was very nice, staff were accommodating and friendly. There were a couple of housekeeping issues, and the bathroom fan ran continuously with no way to turn off.
Other than that, it was a great experience.

We were given snacks upon check in and the front desk clerk was very nice. The room was big and inviting. Could have been cleaned better. Bed was comfortable but pull out couch was not. Breakfast was awesome! So many things to choose from.

The stay in general was good. The check in was very frustrating. Apparently the hotel was very busy and they were short on cleaning staff and we had to wait a little over an hour to check in.

Only minor complaint would be no one being at the front desk even when yelled for. Had to call the front desk to get someone to the front desk

I have stayed here many times over the years & was surprised that the conditions have gone down hill since my last stay.

It was fine, not outstanding but not bad either if I needed to be in San Angelo again I would choose this hotel for sure. Staff were outstanding though.

Great little hotel in a nice area. Loved breakfast buffet. Our room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, but I think it was the deodorizer they use. We were a bit confused on how to get our room cleaned during our stay. Had to take our own trash out and request toiletries, etc.

Over all the stay was very nice. Great breakfast and everything was very clean. Great atmosphere, plenty and the staff was friendly and very helpful! Thank you!

Hotel was very clean & well maintained. Room was nice, good size with kitchen. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great. Basketball court & indoor pool were perfect for keeping kids entertained.

This was the best hotel we've stayed in! The whole property was clean, the hotel listened to my request for a more isolated room, the pool was great and clean, breakfast was great, and everything was so quiet. If we are ever in San Angelo again we will definitely stay here again.

Water froze, no shower, no compensation or apologies. Only decaf coffee in room. Clean but not too friendly. Need to work on customer service.

Hotel was beautiful on the outside but the inside of our room seemed old. The mirror was peeling in the bathroom and there were stains all on the furniture. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was one of the better free complimentary ones we have had. All in all it was just ok. We’ve enjoyed our Holiday Inn and Hampton suites stays better.
