Well - it needs an upgrade. Pool área in good condition. Furniture completely outdated. room good and clean. Costumer service extremely rigid and complicacted/. Very you g staff without experience in tourism or business. Good great. What out - they send enormous quantity of messages via what’s up. Unnecessary and repetitive. I will not go back, maybe for brunch and dinner

Downtown is not very beautiful, we expected better, but the hotel certainly made up for it. The service was outstanding. They even opened the restaurant 1 hour earlier to serve us breakfast before our early departure. Really outstanding service!

The property needs an update. You can tell it’s seen better days. Smells moldy. My shower had a handful of hairs stuck to the wall, it was disgusting. My TV was not working either and it took a long time for the staff to figure out/fix the issue. All the while standing in my room when I was ready to be done with my day. Location is not safe either. Save your money.

It’s a great service, WhatsApp notifications and requirements. However a lot of pressure to book at their restaurant. They charge extra for everything, from additional soaps. Great food at their restaurant, either breakfast included or dinner Pictures are not compatible with what the hotel offered.

Noisy. Hear street traffic in room. Despite being considered the best place to eat in town, I had the absolute worse case of food poisoning of my life. Three day’s later still recovering. Would not go there again.

Great establishment, nice stylish rooms, great pool site, great restaurant, employees are amazingly kind and attentive.

This is a peaceful, beautiful B&B in the heart of Cuernavaca. The restaurant is excellent. Highly recommended.

Overall a very positive experience, however a tip added by staff to a free breakfast faking our hand writing left a bad overall feeling

A beautiful art deco building with sumptuously furnished rooms. I had a luxurious stay, enjoying the beautiful pool and on site restaurant. Cuernavaca is a wonderful hidden gem and this is a lovely, central spot from which to check our the sites

Second time staying at B+B which confirmed my first experience which was excellent. Somewhat of an oasis as it is located in the heart of downtown Cuernavaca which can be very busy and sometimes loud due to the local surrounding bars and restaurants. B+B has an extremely laid back atmosphere which is welcome after a busy day of touring. STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL and always there to accommodate. Food was sensational as well. Highly, highly recommend for convenience to everything Cuernavaca, cuisine and service.

Extremely contemporary in design, with a host of warm and professional staff that were wonderfully attentive. The back courtyard with pool is a lovely and quiet place to hang out in the heat of the day, an oasis. Food was excellent, and the breakfast quite substantial and a great take on some traditional dishes. From start to finish this was a stellar experience, particularly for the price.

Wonderful vacation celebrating New Years holiday. Great environment, service, food and entertainment. Staff always most helpful.

Las Casas B+B is a beautiful, boutique style hotel in the heart of Cuernavaca. The single room was pretty small, but had everything needed and it was spotlessly clean and all white. The pool area is very nice for relaxing. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and the same area also serves as a lounge style bar at nights. Friendly and attentive staff, although they didn't speak much English. Vallet parking is a plus.
