Every thing was great until we went to bed …motel was directly opposite the bar and grill where we had our dinner …then someone drove away from there and hit the road markers right outside our room…and we had to go outside to see what was going on…2 of the road markers were broken..a bit scary..not the best spot if you want peace and quiet

This was one of my favorite stays during our month in New Zealand. The staff really gave excellent advice about what to do and see. The cabin was very clean and our cabin came with cookware and linens.

Very big caravan park, friendly and helpful staff. All facilities were clean and very functional. Loved our stay, wish it was longer

We loved this location! So glad we drove another hour over the mountain to stay here vs. Motueka. 2 nights was not enough though, I could stay a week! Little grocery shop right next to the park, super convenient. o to the Mussel Inn at least once for dinner while youre there!

Loved our little cabin and its location right next to the beach. The view, water, was stunning. The surrounding area was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Friendly helpful staff, great location for exploring golden bay and the north of the Able Tasman. All the basics you would expect from a holiday park.

If you need to house 7+ people at the same hotel cheaply, do this.If you don't go some place nicer. Outside BBQ is right next to the recycling and rubbish. The kitchen, the utensils you are provided in your room and the BBQ them selves while functional are at the visibly tired end of their lives.And the guy I presume is the owner, had a patronising manner coupled with a "Gordon Britas" persona that just managed to grate on me.You never know, you might find him charming.A few other people I spoke to had stopped at other Top 10 Holiday parks around New Zealand and said this was the worst one. I stayed at a couple ten years ago, and concurred.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at top 10 - a bar frdige in the mini cabins would be awesome but survived without - camp was clean and kitchen and shower facilities are well placed in the camp. would stay here again :)

This was the perfect place to chill out after a busy few weeks touring NZ. Beautiful beachfront setting. Easy access by car to other beautiful places.

Recommend here which great experience for rest. Awesome. I have been there fore rest.

A great place to stay right on the beach front. Quiet, comfortable room, not spacious but perfect for our stay.

Over priced and over rated Cheaper at motels were you are serviced not locked in a small shed with 5 beds and miles from utilities that you have to pay for everything not good for a couple only for a group

good location for sightseeing and units were well equipped and spacious.

It was great staying here, the places are tidy and comfortable and nothing can beat the location!
