Great staff. Great location. Very comfy.

It was centrally located. The beds where squeaky, towels weren’t flash, no exhaust in the bathroom and furnishings showing age. Dining in house was slow . Overall ok but won’t stay again.

The property was lovely despite not actually being on the beach as is implied by the photos on their website. Also I was a little disappointed that only 3 devices were allowed for free internet. I think in this day and age most people have 2 devices each. I was unable to connect to work as I had planned.

Bathrooms are not user-friendly. The shower stall does not have a door, so the entire bathroom is flooded after bathing. When showering, toilet paper must also be avoided, otherwise it gets soaked. It is nice to receive a free drink voucher when you check in. Also, we were assigned a higher floor and the view from the room was very nice. The Staff and location were both excellent. Parking extremely tight. The early bird (check-in) gets the best parking. The water pressure in the shower is the best in WA- awesome shower. It’s a shame the restaurant downstairs wasn’t open for evening dinner only for drinks. Great location and views. The other 3rd party (restaurant) hotel uses for delivery I.e. room service- is below average - not even tasty.

Location is really good and the lobby is nice. Rooms are dated and the mattresses are the softest I have ever experienced (and we travel a lot). Overall, decent but for the price and star rating, expected better.

Great value. Room with ocean view was excellent. Easy check-in/out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again on my next visit. Local shops and restaurants are a short walk across the street, however, there is a restaurant/ bar in the hotel, and room service is available. Secure parking. Great location. Highly recommended.

The restaurant was closed. No local restaurants open .New years day. Found a noodle bay the only available place for takeout. Had to eat in our room off a saucer with a spoon. The room was in the basement opening on the car park The cars were parked 4 foot away from our door. The car park resembled a builders yard A hydraulic hoist was working all day enabling some alterations to be done. The noise was horrendous. You couldn’t hold a conversation. Why were we put in that room when the hotel was half empty.

The room was nice enough but there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which made it hard for showers and using the toilet otherwise we enjoyed it.

Looked older from the outside in real life than the picture used to advertise it. Excellent ocean view. Limited parking. One free drink per person per stay. Very clean and comfortable.

Not enough parking. No restaurant on site.

Our stay was great and hotel is well located opposite the bay and close to restaurants and cafes. The only negative is the location of the room we were allocated being around the corner from the reception about 1.0m above street level. The room is clean and spacious but with one window looking directly to side of Coach parked on side street blocking the room.

Magnificent view from our balcony. Nice big room. Walk in wardrobe. Ultra modern bathroom. Plenty of space for toiletries etc.

Paid for ocean view but was very obstructed, mould on the ceiling in bathroom, room next to me was making early hours of morning and then someone vacuuming at 6 am hitting the wall, not a pleasant stay at all

Noisy guests and poor service

Check in was very friendly and we were given an upgrade because staying 3 nights. Room was spacious and nice, everything clean and in order. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient. Only issue was difficulty in getting a secure car park. On a long weekend there were more cars than spaces

The ensuite could do with an exhaust fan as when you have a shower and trying to change in there, the moisture makes it too difficult

Great location and very good room, only potential issue would be if the car park was already full.
