The staff were lovely and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable.

Great position to walk around Albury CBD. Nice & clean. Property and rooms are a bit tired and could do with an upgrade. Parking is tight.

I have stayed at Clifton a few times, breaking up my drive to Melbourne, really good value, rooms are always clean, they give you toast & cereal for your breakfast, coffee & tea supplied with a jug, what more do you want, a small microwave, best value in Albury. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

I was pleasantly by the comfort. Also, I wasn't expecting much for the price, but it was pleasant enough and I didn't really have any issues apart from the inconsiderate neighbours leaving at 5.22am.

While the property is old, it is clean & conveniently located with a comfortable bed,plenty of hot water & the convenience of toaster & microwave. As a solo traveller it suited me fine I would stay here again

Location was central to Albury and within minutes of Wodonga. The staff member who greeted us was friendly and efficient. Room was small and could use an update, however was clean and the bed (king size) was very comfortable. Breakfast consisted of a choice of three cereals and bread for toasting (toaster in the room) and a choice of spreads. (Delivered to the room the evening before). The air conditioner was pleasingly so quite that it was unnoticeable at night.

This was a perfectly ok budget hotel. It was comfortable enough which was all we wanted for an overnight rest.

Easily accessible and located in the city centre. Parking is excellent.

This was a surprisingly pleasant motel. Exceptionally clean, well appointed for self catering and continental breakfast was a bonus. Great location but parking was a little tight. It’s old but for myself had retro charm. We’d definitely stay again for the price point.

Despite being near some major roads, the rooms were very well sound proofed. It was also good to have toast and cereal included in the tariff, although also including fruit juice would be good. The staff were very approachable. Two things needing improvement are the motel carpark (hard to get in and out of it) and the plumbing (using the basin in the bathroom seems to result in water appearing on the floor).

It was a pretty old room with aged facilities. The cleaness was fair as I saw some dust on hair dryer. But the bedding was Okay. The location is great and the staff was nice. So it’s ok if you just expect a budget stay for your road trip.

The location was perfect - one block form the railway station and just around the corner form the main street. Close to restaurants and pubs (great dinner there). Basic but clean and had all amenities. Value for money was excellent.
