I was very dissatisfied when I walked in into my room. All the furniture and electronics were very outdated and the sheer curtains didn’t help with privacy even though I was on the 3rd floor. If I knew it was in this condition I would have paid an extra $30 and stayed at a much better hotel which I have stayed before (Hotel Los Andes). If you’re looking for comfort then spend a little more and do not stay here, if your looking just for a hostel type of place to lay your head down for a night or two even though it’s much pricier than a hostel, then this is your place. One more thing, I soon as I stepped out of my car I killed a cockroach and then when I walked into the room, I saw a bottle of insect killer under the sink which made sense after what I saw in the parking lot. Overall I do not recommend this place at all. They did get my business once but not twice.

The hotel was great for our needs. We needed a comfortable and clean hotel for a night before we headed to Roatan. This covered all of our needs. We called ahead and the hotel coordinated an airport pickup. The front staff was friendly. He even brought us our breakfast to our room the next morning.
Highly recommend for a short stay while on transit.

El personal solo había un señor y ni siquiera nos dio una instrucción muy buena de donde estaban las habitaciones, tuvimos que estar buscando loas habitaciones, para entrar hay dos portones el primero no funciona y por sentido común es le primero que uno toca y NO funciona y luego llamamos a uno de los teléfonos y nunca contesto y llamamos al otro teléfono y nos mandaron al otro portón y luego cuesta un poco que abran, luego salimos a cenar cuando regresamos igual nunca funcionó el timbre del portón y tuvimos que llamar para que nos abrieran el portón, estuvo ok, solo que hay que tener paciencia porque no es que son tan amables!

Hotel was tough to find, but is a gem. Staff are amazingly curteous, efficient and extremely helpful. Room was large, clean, beds very comfortable, pillows great.....bathroom was also very good....Rooms have microwave, fridge, safe and 4 cup coffee maker--only thing not perfect is that coffee in room is instant not ground for drip maker in room......will stay there when in San Pedro Sula exclusively from now on....also incredible value.....

The staff were friendly but I wish they speak English. No one did. As they work in tourism industry, it will be helpful if they try to at least learn. I tried my best to communicate with them through Google translate but its not always accurate. The free breakfast is by order and very controlled. I ordered a pancake in addition to a small portion of egg omelette, 2 toasts and o.j.but I was charged for the pancake. Most hotels provide buffet breakfast. The location is a bit confusing. You wouldnt think theres a hotel inside that gate. So far it was safe but no view at all. I had another booking but I cancelled it. Location is not so great.

Stayed here one night before flying on. Secure place in residential area. Nice staff. Good size room, wifi and air conditioning. Would recommend for a night of passing through town.

Oscar, and the rest of the staff were simple the Best. I enjoyed the food, the gym and the willingness to help of all the people... I will stay again, when I go back to San Pedro Sula....
