I reserved a suite with 2 beds, however when I arrive at the hotel they did not have any suites available and I was down graded to a studio room which is much much smaller than a suite, however I paid full price for a suite room through Hotels.com

This hotel was not worth the price they charge. The bathroom was dirty. I asked for a king and got a queen. The breakfast was awful, including the coffee. The breakfast area also has a nasty smell to it.

1st off cats live in the hotel cat bowls with cat food in front lobby door and in the back door by pool i almost fell stepped on the cat food bowl i was wearing my $1500 versace shoes someone that works there a lady came outside mad fixing the bowls looking at me crazy i told her i almost fell and broke my back and she said it was the hotel's cat paid $500 for two nights same price as Westin in San Antonio loud music from bars nextdoor and cars racing real loud could not fall asleep until 4am due to loud racing and music i dont recommend hotels.com they make hotels look better than they are .and this hotel is managed by stray Cats .its like the cats had more saying than a over paying customer still was charged extra $65 at hotel when i had paid upfront i think im deleteing my hotels.com account had it for 6yrs past 3yrs worse and worse

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The “upgraded” room was old and outdated. The carpet was dirty, the furniture needs replacement and the kitchen needs a facelift. The bed linens seemed old and not fresh.

I liked the fact that I was able to get a two bedroom suite not just a double beds ones, as I often times travel with family and need my own private room. Everything was pleasant and apparently clean but taking a closer look the couches had what seem to look like food stains, couches definitely need major upgrades they are not comfortable at all and I was tired, I could’ve probably laidback on the floor and be a lot more comfortable than on the couch.

The was a queen size. We wanted a king sized bed. the television has no closed captioned. A refrigerator was not working. Not cold enough.

We visited Laredo for a wedding and decided to stay at the Towne Place Suites because of the amenities it offered. The staff, ambience and the hotel itself was a Great experience. I loved that as soon I entered the room, it smelled fresh and it was very clean! We would definitely go back and stay there.

Booked the room for a Journey concert in Laredo. When we arrival at the hotel, the receptionist (Letty) was friendly and courteous. Explained all the things the hotel had to offer and advised us if we needed anything that they were to help us. Showed us the way to the elevators and where the room was located without rushing us. Thumbs up. Thank you Letty.

The staff and location were all good. I just don't like the layout of the structure. The bathroom is just off the bed. A little TV sits on a cabinet to the side of the bed. The room coffee is not a good brand. The entrance to the motel and lobby area is not inviting.
