good transportations & location good staff, clean room

Five-minute walk from Sendai station. Ideal for a one-night stopover for our family of four.

Near Sendai (JR/Metro) stations. However, the room and toilet are too small for three people.

You get value for your money. Prime location, close to JR station, good for shopping, and eating. Pay parking is around, very convenient.

Hotel staff and hotel were great, only thing that ruined the experience and all of our nights sleep was the smell of cigarettes that was ingrained within the room, not even opening the windows helped. I don’t know if you can ask for a non-smoking room but if you aren’t a smoker, I would. This room was all that was available at the time as it was a last minute one night stay.

Very nice staff. Very good location. No variety breakfast. Accommodations are very bad for anyone who is tall.

The location was good. I was hoping for more space or better facilities for the price. The staff were excellent except one staff member who was very rude. All other staff were very polite and went out of their way to help. Staff were by far what made the stay.

The overall experience was really good. Location, price, room cleanliness are great. Most of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There's just a case where a staff was a bit annoyed when we're using the dryer in the wee hours. Totally recommended.

Friendly accommodating staff who were very helpful despite limited English. They helped us use the very small laundry facilities, moving clothes from washer to dryer and then folding them while we were out. The room (twin) was a reasonable size although the bathroom was small and basic. Beds were low to the floor but comfortable. There was no cupboard space only four hangers, so we left most items in our cases. There is no English sign for the hotel outside, so look for the long green Japanese sign. Great location for Sendai station. Breakfast is very basic, just coffee, juice, bread and boiled eggs.

Great location right next to Sendai station. Easy to find hotel. By shops and restaurants lots of night life around. Rooms are small but clean. Free simple breakfast is nice. Friendly staff.

Near of train station convenience walking and easy to find

Its very close to the train station. Quiet enough, functional shower, reasonable bed and good wifi. Breakfast was basic.

Easily accessible and walkable. The staff were excellent and are always available to help. You leave the keys at the front desk when leaving during the day which makes the stay stress free.

Five minute walk from the Sendai Station with lots of places to eat and shop. Easy access to Matsushima Bay and also the city sight seeing bus Loople. I’d stay here again for sure next time I visit Sendai

I was going to wait till the end of my trip to write reviews on hotels but i was so amazed with every thing from price to accommodations and staff that i couldnt wait. There was even a smart phone in the room for free to use and make international calls with during your stay. The beakfast also included was very nice way to start the day. I loved my stay here and if you plan to stay in sendai i strongly recommend

Walls are thin so some noise transmission if you are a light sleeper. Continental breakfast was OK... toast, jam, eggs, juice, tea and coffee. Staff can hold bags after check out and are very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again for short stay.

The room equipped with 2 semi-double beds is quite spacious for a family of 4. The toilet is small typical in Japan. The hotel is near Sendai Station with many shopping centres and restaurants. Convenient for travellers.

Good and efficient stay at this hotel as it is strategically placed near JR Sendai. Apart from the location, breakfast is also free!
