the location of this hotel on the Mayo subway takes it over the top. the hotel has been gentrified to the point where its age is concealed rather well. not perfect, however, when you consider the absolute convenience of its location on the subway, and friendly staff, it definitely checks the most imporant boxes. add in the friendly staff, and despite some quirks with floor access, it can't be beat, certainly not for the price!

Had to stand on the bed to adjust the air conditioner. The air conditioner was in the wall and the wall around it was broken out and cracked. Carpet old and dirty. Shower tiles old.

I have stayed here several times. It’s nothing fancy, but it is very convenient to the Mayo Clinic services. Free parking is a big plus.

it may not be fancy with a restaurant but that is not why I stay here. It is a very reasonable, friendly, quiet, and simple hotel with free parking and subway access. I have been using this hotel for the past 6 years. We feel safe to come and go from the parking lot or the subway.

Older hotel but clean and so convenient for patients of Mayo Clinic’s. Kind of a musty odor from the AC unit at times. That’s the only complaint.

We were there for Mayo Clinic appointments so the hotel was not our main concern. It is an older property but has been pretty well maintained. Not as spacious and access friendly as some newer places, but we managed to use a wheelchair OK. The staff was helpful and courteous. There is an elevator to the subway system that allows easy access to all the Mayo Clinic facilities.

I always stay at this Hotel because is so coveniently close and has a tunnel to Mayo Clinic. It has breakfast. The property is not all modern but it is well maintained. Any concerns we have staff responds very fast. So as long as we need we return and feel it is our home away from home.

We've stayed at Brentwood several times. The excellent location, kind staff & comfortable rooms make our time at Mayo Clinic easier to manage. This is truly our home away from home during extremely stressful times.

It was at walking distance to the Mayo Civic Center and parking was safe. Good neighborhood! Courteous staff.

The stay was comfortable and clean. Parking was nice. The staff was pleasant. There were odd noises all night long.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of rooms and the Inn and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was very good. We really appreciated having parking facility and being within walking distance of Gonda and Mayo clinics. Would be nice to have dining available at lunch or dinner, but there were restaurants nearby. All in all, it was excellent at Brentwood.

This hotel is very easy walking distance to the Mayo Clinic and is connected to the tunnel system for bad weather. We were also able to walk to nice restaurants, The room was nice and big. Very clean and the cleaning staff was great in timing and cleaning. They need to get replacement pillows, but the bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is nice, clean and close to Mayo Clinic with access to subway to the clinic. We are staying here again for the upcoming visits.
