Very basic, and very dated. Not the best and not the worst.

This was an impressive place for our needs for our trip here. The kids indoor water park was perfect for our young granddaughter and she had so much fun. It was also in great condition! The rooms were very spacious and nice as well; the only thing that was a bit off was the bed and pillows were harder than the three of us like. Other than that, we'd definitely stay here again.

Room was dated, crumbs on floor upon check-in, blankets were thin, pillows flat. Directions for juccuzi could have been better. Price was more than we were told.

Pros: microwave and refrigerator in the room, coffee machine made good coffee.
Cons: hard bed, hard pillows, outside door didn’t lock, T-Mobile 5G service terrible, WiFi terrible and kept disconnecting

Free tickets to Noahs ark and Mt Olympus. We stayed 2 nights. Really loved the indoor outdoor pool and hot tubs at the front and they have another indoor waterpark area for younger ones in the middle of the hotel. Wanted 3 beds, but recieved 2 beds and a sofa sleeper which was uncomfortable and i asked for blankets/pillows twice and was denied bedding. There is no outdoor area to hang wet suits or towels. Room was a little moist.

Room was very, very humid on a crisp 70 degree day. Clothes in suitcase were wet within 1 hour. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 day stay.
Paid $250/night for 2 adults one child was expecting better condition and cleanliness. This is a budget hotel at best. Do not recommend.

I liked it had the water park/pool although it looks bigger in the photos then when we arrived. I liked the lounge chairs and the bbq area.
Didnt like, staff was less then enthusiastic. There was a bug in the shower, the bed and hard pillows didnt agree with me. No breakfast, barking dog inside. No shampoo we went to store got our own, no work area, due to the pools its a but loud for working and with no buissness center was a little challenging.

Overall 3 out of 10…Bottom line is that rooms need updating. The worst part was that my sheet had a hole in it, and yellow stain on it. The best part was location and watermark wristbands. For $181 a night, I was expecting more.

Receptionist was racist with colored people. I had a two night stay and qualified for both Noah’s ark and mt Olympus tickets and she wouldn’t give me the mt Olympus tickets. She said I didn’t qualify for them when I clearly did.

The hotel is very clean and so were all of the numerous pools. The front desk was very polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

I have a few suggestions, a retractable cloths-line in the bathroom would be a very helpful addition to the rooms. My second suggestion is improved crashpads at the end of the slides in the toddler area I pulled someone’s kid from the space between the slide and the pad when she got stuck in it under the water.

Loved that you received park passes, and for the price. But the bed was so hard. Was a rough couple of nights. Location was great staff was great. The rooms smelled....just old lol but i would definitely stay again the free tickets was worth the hurting back.

In case you might not know, there is a resort fee of $25 per day. No breakfast is served. The place is nice but the room I stayed in, as soon as I opened the door it had a bad odor. We come to find by the bathroom, the carpet was wet and had a very bad odor. We put a towel down and it turned brown. They don't have irons in the room. You have to get them at the front desk but the maid was nice to bring me one because she was passing by my room. We did not use their pool. Everything else was fine.

Really enjoyed my stay here with the kids. They enjoyed it, love the fact they have a whole kiddy pool for the small ones. Elevator was broken 2 days out the days in which I stayed but was fixed. Housekeeping was extremely nice. Will be coming back.
