The architecture and the pool are area of this hotel was beautiful. Excellent location, near all main attractions. Excellent breakfast and employees were very nice and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. We are talking about large marble staircase and we had a very clean classic room. It is a luxurious establishment. The service was amazing and all of our needs were met with a smile. It has a convenient location not far from the Central Plaza and has a quaint coffee shop across the street. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel is nicely updated, beautiful kept and in a great location. Close to a ton of dining and coffee options. Right up the road from the main square and beautiful churches.

This hotel is amazing . We were greeted by the front desk staff 2 hours prior to check in and thankfully they allowed us to store our luggage’s in a locked room until check in . This was so helpful as we were able to explore Granada without the extra baggage . The staff is so welcoming and truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home and at peace . The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning . Everything is so well kept . The history in the hotel is so well persevered and the hotel staff seem to be well educated on the hotels history . The rooms feel luxurious . We had 3 rooms and each one of them were equally as gorgeous. You truly cannot go wrong staying here . You are so close to town yet the hotel is not loud or does not feel busy . I will make sure to stay here every single time we visit Granada and would recommend this hotel to all of our family and friends who often visit Granada . Truly a 5 star experience .

Superb customer service. Hotel is so clean and nice.

Stayed here for two days while travelling through Nicaragua. The hotel staff had excellent English, very hospitable and able to solve any small issues. They also recommended tours and were able to book them for me at a very reasonable cost. The room was clean, very large and the A/C worked quickly and was quiet. Pool is amazing and location is right in the heart of Granada. Everything was within 5 mins of walking. Will be staying here again next visit!

Amazing jhotel, great location, very clean

I stayed here for two nights on 8/7/2023 and 8/8/2023 and had a wonderful time. Loved how safe i felt. The neighborhood location is safe, people from outside cannot come into the hotel and I did like that. I also enjoyed the pool, and the staff who is super professional and extremely attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. Rene the owner was super nice, easy to talk to and so was daisy the daytime front desk lady. Both made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Granada. ~HB~

This was my first time in Granada, the choice of this hotel was based on a recommendation. My family and I were very content with accommodations, staff, cleanliness, location and their food. Highly reccomend this hotel for your stay in Granada.

Everything was excellent !!

The hotel overall cleanliness the hospitality of the staff special thank you to our server I forgot her name but her day off was on Wednesday and that was the day I left and couldn’t take a picture with her.

It has a truly lovely internal courtyard, where the pool is. In contrast, the furniture and decorations feel like old Granada. So, it has wonderful contrasts and is like an oasis in the city.

The hotel is beautiful. Not only beautiful but clean. When you walk in the room you smell cleanliness. I love how they have a restaurant on site that is every economical and good. Manager, Daysi, is top notch. She was so helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to arrange transportation and provide us with off site recommendations. She’s just a down right sweet person.
