Staff was unfriendly, felt like I checked in to a jail. You have to tell the front desk every time you need to be let out or in to the premises. I understand security but it’s over kill, I had to make 3 trips for my luggage and it got old quick. They advertise 24hr front desk service, went out past midnight on a Saturday night, got back at 1:30am and had to call 4 times before they let us in. The next day I asked for a few minutes to more to check out and the response I received was that they were on a strict checkout schedule and I would have to be out at 11:00 am. 5 minutes to 11 someone was banging at the door and said we needed to leave. I told them I needed 5 minutes and was rushed out. I only stayed here because hostal armonía was not available and i won’t be coming back as the staff and the premises are way better than here. Special for the price.

I like the place, very comfortable and most important that it was close to a lot of commercial malls, and shopping centers.

It was really a bad experience, everything was dirty, I found a rat in my room, when I talk to the person in charge, just told me I'm sorry to heard that, I told I don't want to stay the 2nd night, if he can give me the money back, and he said, no I can't.
