Proprietor unhelpful and unfriendly. Spoke from behind glass barrier and a blind in a surreal registration process. It seemed like they were in jail so I think it must be a very unsafe place to stay. Plus bugs.

They never open the blinds when I checked, I never saw their face. They asked for a cash deposit of $50, I told them I didn't have any cash he said 'bring it later'..Weird vibes all around

Man checking in said I didn’t have a booking after I had done it online then he said he found it to check in was long man was rude when he finally checked me in he threw the keys in the check in window bed was hard no refrigerator place was very old not nice at all

Its an ok location nothing out of this world but better than sleeping in a share room with ither people. Price was affordable. Easy to gi to location by bus or train from here and a couple of places you can walk to and go and eat. The only thing is that it didnt have at least a minifridge and microwave.

The only good thing about my experience here was the check in and out. Quick and easy. However!!!!!!! Walls are super thin all I could here everyone opening and closing doors. On my second night the ac/heater unit went out and it was super cold!

Def no frills. Manager lives onsite, chevk in is family kitchen so "unfriendliness" attitude can come from their need for privacy maybe. Door locks at nigh, can get buzzed in. Lamp had no bulb. Air con worked beautifully. $50 "damage dep"at chevk in, cash OR card but cash us pushed for. Broken step on stairs, mended with tape, be careful. Old knob only door locks, bring a wedge or adalock. Great cuisine in the area, which is primarily hispanic. Small tiendes, but near to CVS and other large stores. Quiet at night, only some fire trucks, no police or other potential "bad neighborhood" expectations. Low income sure, but aafe for a night or two. Regular residents live there too. Check in easy, check out easy. Tv stuck on one channel only, with duplicate movies during the day, "scary" movies at night. Bring a tablet or hdmi/cast. Careful with the power outlets, its a very old building. Bathroom clean but small.

Before I even arrived, I had two missed calls about my stay. I was at work and couldn’t answer the phone. During the third call they made, I was on my way and answered. A man asked when I was arriving. I explained how far I was and when I would arrive, apologizing for how late I would arrive. He said that was late and hung up. Later I arrived and collected the key. I had seen pictures of the room but in person they look much more dirty. The chair was stained, the bedding was too. The shower was too small and I could barely turn inside it, and I was greeted with condoms on the bed. Next time I’ll pay a little extra for a cleaner place.

It was over hundreds degrees that day and they didn’t turn on the ac in the room, so it took a while for the room to get cool. My kids were wearing their socks when we were there by the time we were going to dinner, the bottom were all black.

I hates this place because unclean, bathroom window broken allows flies to come inside, the shower of the upper room licking inside the closet on my clothes and a very rude man in the office. I will never go to this place ever

Room was very dirty, the walls were actually greasy. Dust and bugs in the toilet, bullet shaped hole in the window, parking lot prowlers staking out cars.

The gentleman who took care of us was very rude and unfriendly...i will never recommend that hotel especially if u are GAY..i will NEVER NEVER GO THERE again..he upset ..

The person at the front desk is extremely unreasonable and asked for $50 security deposit in cash and did not accept our credit card to charge the $50. He made us look for ATM machine after 10 pm while it was raining incessantly and the nearby gas station with ATM booth was closed. We were completely wet looking for ATM machine. We would never consider staying in this hotel again and would give an 1 star review. I would have given it a 0 star if possible.

Horrible place to stay at. The rooms smells like cigarettes. I was load because there is a car wash next door. There was a lot graffiti in the room. Never going back to this ugly place. Stay away! Be safe!

I got the single bed and it was comfortable to me smells cheap but hey you get what you pay for it was clean but I did see roaches I hate roaches , they’re service they’re very nice not like other hotel clerks these people where very considerate and helpful over all for the price is very good

Sat outside for 2 hours with my young kids from 7-9:48pm after driving 24 hours from houston just for get rejected, denied and hasseled about my refund. I would NEVER recommend any especially of colored to come here.

Right when I walked in the room a sick feeling came over me as I started to look around I noticed there was a lot of mold everywhere . I went back to the front desk and told them I could not stay there because of the mold the manager said he would refund my money's back but I still have not received it..

Had mold on the walls especially in the bathroom. So bad in fact it bled through and stained the toilet paper all the way to the core. Walls and ceiling was cracking and falling apart, shall I continue?
