Fred and Barbara are amazing hosts. You can’t beat the view. Fred thanks again for waking up early to through the coffee on before our departure.

The place is a unique 3 story Craftsman Style house with a beautiful view of the lake. We had a cheerful reception from two fluffy dogs and our host Fredrick who helped us with our luggage to the room. It came with a Kitchen that had all the appliances for a longer stay, including a washer and dryer. They provided a Continental Breakfast with a good selection of meats, cheeses, breads and pastries. Our host Barbra was helpful with sharing her tips on cooking and places to go in the area.

It was a valuable experience and a great stay at Barbara and Fred's house. They are amazing hosts and the house has a great view of lake Tahoe.

Wonderful hosts, beautiful views, nice breakfast, everything we could ask for!

The sink was ready to fall off the wall and the tub was unclean. I was kept awake by walking and what sounded like furniture moving. I was then woken up at 8am by loud music.

The view of this property is impressive. The hosts are a couple of elders with a great disposition to make your stay a pleasant one.

The hospitality from Fred & Barbara was comforting & outstanding. It felt as if we were family. Their fur-babies, playful Fluffy & adorable Missy, were a joy. The location was quiet & relaxing, yet close to anything you may desire to do. The view from their deck was astonishing! Fred, Barbara & their fur-babies facilitated a memorable stay in Lake Tahoe, & we would be honored to recommend their Bed & Breakfast

Fred and Barbara are sweet hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will rebook the next time we visit the area. This is an excellent B&B if you want breathtaking views and the ability to unplug.

This property has been owned by the couple since the 70's. The property is unique, quiet, and beautiful. The property is a labor of love, and Frederick built and designed most of it himself! Although my husband and i are not big breakfast eaters, both Frederick and Barbara made sure we we're comfortable and invited us for their homemade breakfast they provided daily. Our bed was super cozy and the veiw of South Tahoe was amazing! We got to enjoy a quiet neighborhood but we were only a couple miles from shopping, food, casinos, and hiking. The parking at the property was the easiest by far of all parking in Tahoe area. Frederick and Barbara are awesome hosts and the home they share with the public is just incredible, a real treasure.

The owners were very nice, check-in and parking was easy, however the entire place, inside and out, is in need of some drastic TLC. Our room did not have a workable door, it did not close correctly and had no door knob or lock, we barricaded ourselves in at night. We were told the door was "under construction". We were never offered another room or discount for this inconvenience. When questioned about another available room Frederick told us they had one but someone booked it. I then expressed to him that I was very uncomfortable with the situation, but I was reassured no one would steal me, not the point...I was, however, provided a fan when I said the room was very hot, even though he said I was in the coolest room of the house (dungeon/wine cellar). There must have been some water damage under the floor of the hall leading to our room, the 2' x 5' x 3' hole in the floor was partially covered by various pieces of wood and cabinet doors, no hazard there I guess. The toilet seat needed to be replaced and there was way too much useless furniture in the room, clutter but no chairs to sit in. The breakfast offered was mediocre at best, more of a continental breakfast, so we decided to eat out each morning. I will give them 5 stars for the view, it was spectacular, and 5 stars for the coffee, as long as you could find a clean cup and spoon to use. Really wasn't to my liking, I was not comfortable staying there, and would not recommend.

Fredrick and Barbara are wonderful host. They made feel at home. The view from our family suite was excellent. Their house is so beautiful ad well decorated. We are surely coming back

Very friendly hostess, awesome view’s and great location

Fred and Barbara went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Such kind hosts! The house is beautiful, and the location is quiet and peaceful, far above all the hustle and bustle in the town below. The sunsets on our private balcony were lovely.

The hosts were very welcoming

This is a privately owned home operating as a Bed & Breakfast property over-looking Lake Tahoe. The views are amazing. This is for travelers who don't mind sharing with strangers. The Owners are always present and very helpful. We stayed in a basement room that was well decorated as a medieval castle room, but a bit crowded. Caution advised in the road to the property, mountain road, and vey narrow. Good choice for B&B travelers.

The couple who own this property treated me like a long lost son. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this unique and amazing place. The views of Lake Tahoe from the wrap around deck are unbelievable!

The view of Lake Tahoe from the deck was breathtaking!! Our lake view room was warm and cozy with an abundance of amenities. Our hosts Barbara and Fred were so generous of their time and hospitality and most accommodating of our requests. We will stay there again on our next getaway!

Amazing wood work and views of lake tahoe. Friendly hosts. Continental breakfast was good. Couple of things that seemed a bit odd. 1. Hostesses brought up people stealing from them a kot then mention sugar container went missing while we were there. 2. We were asked what type of tires we had on truck in the morning there was a puncture hole in tire but tire was not flat but leaking at a fast rate that was odd.

The only and unique accommodation experience, a must-visit secret spot in Lake Tahoe.

Super amazing trip and stay. The place and the view was incredible. The hosts Barbera and Fred are amazing hosts and amazing people, super friendly and down to earth. Will definitely be back soon, probably around summer time

Wonderful, beautiful setting and beautiful view. Barbara and Fred were so welcoming but not at all intrusive. We would certainly return if visiting Tahoe ever again.
