Very nice hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the bed was an extra large king. The breakfast buffet was excellent but the Flamingo restaurant was avoided because their music volume was excessive and refused to lower it.

When you look for the beach experience this is not the place for you. The pool and beach chairs are on the 4th floor of this hotel. You need to use 2 lifts and a long walk to get from the pool to the beach!!! The building is long and lifts are placed far from each other, not one of them covers all floors of the building. There are no chairs on the beach itself because it is forbidden by the law at this beach, so you can only lie down on your towel, mostly in full sun. I think it should be clearly mentioned in the hotel offer. The hotel is very nice, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is very nice, the service is very pleasant, and the beach restaurant is very nice, but if you want beach experience and not the pool experience this is not a hotel for you.

This resort was located in a great area! Close to restaurants and right on the ocean! Friendly staff made our stay!!

Set on beautiful beach . Good restaurant.cocktails Few restaurants around and of course Thai massage. 7/11 etc. Breakfast buffet was really good especially the egg station good mix of local and international breakfast Staff lovey but no sun loungers or parasols on the beach which really did spoil the experience. Some people left towels on the few sun loungers upstairs near pool and went out for trip or lunch etc . So two days couldn’t sit on beach or pool at all . Also I slipped on the steps getting in the pool hurt my wrist . Was very nervous after so my husband helped me in and out of the pool. Read in reviews that it had happened to others and two other people fell while we were there . We spent time outside hotel trips etc but would be nice to be able to sit by beach and pool and relax.

The roof top pool was small with limited chairs and umbrellas. People would put there towels on the chairs at 6am. Then not return until 10 or 11am. The hotel should have a policy that if a chair is unoccupied for 30 minutes they clear the chair for others. The bar tender at the pool was great!

Awful bedroom: smelly and not like what we’ve seen in the pictures. Hotels.com should audit some of the hotels, especially the 4* +.

One of a very few Hotels in this area. Without a car or motor bike it’s getting fast boring. Beach you can’t enjoy so much due to sea urchin. Roof top bar is nice but closes much too early - at 8pm… this would be the only spot you can go after dinner… Flamingo bar is poor at night… for a few days to chill ok…

Hotel room smelled like sewer the whole time we stayed. The bed had sand all over the comforters and towels were damp. A/c machine constantly leaked water and felt unsafe to use.Getting around the hotel is very confusing and hallways are dark. Washing clothes is very difficult with only 1 dryer in the entire hotel. Staff is very nice and curtious otherwise.

Very very nice beachfront hotel. Rooms good size, clean and well maintained. Breakfast has adequate options and taken in the lobby area. Flamingo Bar set on the beach offers happy hour drinks and a good food and drink menu. Roof top pool provides very nice views and is serviced by its own bar and small dining area. I would definitely return to the Bandara again

We stayed 7 days, was really nice hotel, I recommend to rent a scooter, cause.. There ain't much restaurant close to the hotel, The bar on 4th floor was overpriced, Very beautiful beach, Breakfast was good, Lot of family's comes here, so became bit messy, end of the trip, but I recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel with clean, modern rooms, directly on the beach. Nice roof top pool with amazing views and good cocktails - try the signature cocktail called Red Velvet. The restaurant (Flamingo) which is on the beach had a good selection of very good dishes. We had amazing pasta. The breakfast was good but basic - really good omelette. There are a few restaurants nearby but you will need transport if you want to explore further.

The check in was really fluent, the receptionist informed us clearly we could not use the pool since the covid-19 outbreak. We get a free upgrade to a room with balcony. The room was nice, and very clean. They informed us clearly about the breakfast and did their best to satisfy you. The only thing that in my eyes can change is the quality of the sun beds/umbrella on the pool, they were not all from a good quality anymore. This can be a improvement if you would change the damaged ones and place new. But overalls a great place to stay and thx for everything 🙏

The infinity pool was amazing and the views were spectacular. The only problem was the glass around the pool was really dirty and you couldn’t see through it to the view. You had to look over it. I wanted to offer to clean it myself. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and spoke pretty good English. The walls surrounding the bathrooms in the rooms were all glass which was weird. Just a shade to give privacy. The beach was a one minute walk down the hill and there are several restaurants and mini marts close by. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff is the best part of this hotel. Breakfast was great and overall for the price the room was good. Location wise it is next to a great massage spot on the beach and also a little travel agent so that was convenient and the massages were truly the best! We enjoyed our time there.

It was a nice stay (3 days 2 nights) at Bandara Phuket Beach Resort - spacious room, cleanliness, quiet, good location and all staffs are polite & full of serviced mind. This hotel is recommended if you are peaceful person
