I was put in an adjoining room with no lock on the door. I felt horribly unsafe & yard dormitory to barricade the door. I did not sleep all night for great somebody would come thru that door!!! I left the next day & went to Homewood Suites, which was AMAZING 👏

I walked in exhausted from my trip. Buckets & towels everywhere from rain & leaking roof! I wasnt greeted when i walked in & was put in a room with an adjoining room & no door lock... anyone could've walked into my room at any point. Needless to say i didn't sleep at all. I left the next day & went to a fidgeting hotel.

The hotel stay was decent. The room seemed as it hadn’t been cleaned. The fridge still had items in there and the sofa was very squeaky. The front desk staff were cordial, the manager was not attentive and polite when I asked her a question. The food was pretty good. It had a variety such as biscuits and gravy, omelettes, toast, waffles, they offered complimentary water bottles to go.

We have stayed in this hotel multiple times. It seemed much more run down this time than it ever has before. The couch in the room was disgusting. The breakfast was not well stocked at 730am. We will stay in a different hotel on our next trip.

The hotel was clean and the room we got was spacious. The breakfast options they had were not as satisfying or good.

The staff was very accommodating but the room was terrible, dirty and it stunk, will not come back.

Overall nice stay, clean and friendly staff. Only complaint is the ac rattled.

The pool was great!

Nobody cleans up the dog poop in the grassy areas.

The rooms were SO DIRTY and unkempt; in terrible shape!!! We looked at 3 ROOMS! All of them the same..

When we arrived the person checking us in was not friendly. Bathroom was not clean. Sink did not drain properly. Air conditioner was very loud turning on and off all the time.

I booked four rooms with two queen beds each back in February for graduation weekend with two of my kids graduating. Upon arrival and checking in we got only one room with two queens the other three had king and sofa bed. After going down to get it right and waiting almost two hours we ended up the same situation only the one room was correct. This was very inconvenient for our large group of family. The staff didn’t seem to care or really try to fix it!! We will not be staying again!!

Easy to match with expectations. Breakfast a little under par. Hotel is showing its age: stains on carpets in hall and in room, corners banged up.

Front office staff not so friendly didn’t offer the breakfast.

We had issues with the first room we were booked into. We had called several weeks before to make sure a crib was available and told it wouldn't be a problem. Upon arriving we were told they did not have a crib and one would not be provided. The next issue was the sink we were using for washing the baby's bottles would not drain and the pipes started to leak all over the floor. The water had a foul smell. We had mentioned the non draining sink but nobody ever came to look at it. The shower did not have hot water either. We were given a new room and had to pack up all our belongings to move to another room. In the next room the furniture was very stained and no apologies were given for us needing to move rooms. We had also requested clean linens on our 3rd day but we ended up having to go downstairs to get them ourselves. Overall the staff was nice when we spoke to them, there was just no follow through.

Clean and comfortable hotel. We'd stay here again.

Lots of parking and clean.

We stay here every year but had several problems this stay our room. Definitely seemed like it hadnt been up kept the best. Issues with our door and electrical outlets and our bathroom smelled like smoke. The hotel also allows dogs if that bothers you. We reported and the staff said they would get the issues submitted. Staff as so friendly and kind. We love the breakfast too. Just wish it was a little cleaner and less broken.

Staff was amazing and super friendly. Hotel itself was a bit run down. The size of our room was great. The cleanliness in the room could have been better. The couch and chair for the desk had several stains on them. The silverware in the drawer had food on it and there were crumbs in the kitchen drawers. I ended up running to the store to buy my.own cleaner and wiping everything down. Hot tub was also not working, when I asked about it the staff said it "should" be working. I usually love Home 2 Suites and stay in them often, but I would not go back to the San Angelo location.

The room was not clean whatsoever. Thankfully I bought Clorox wipes and wiped everything down. The wipes were black after wiping down the counters and toilet seat. This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. For a Hilton I was really surprised at the level of uncleanliness and I was highly disappointed.

The room was fine. Basic, nothing special. The breakfast was poor. Very limited options and what was available wasn’t great. Staff wasn’t rude but also not super friendly or welcoming. Just an average stay, but likely won’t be returning.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful room, great staff. Clean property. One thing to improve, the laundry situation. Machines only use coins, no coins at front desk and no coin machine on the premises. Very inconvenient.

It was a great experience first time stay with home 2 Hilton We will be coming back a lot

The room was very nice. The staff was very courteous. The beds were very comfortable . The big issue we has was the people above us were very noisy late into the night. The floors allowed sound to travel easily through.It didn't make for a great nights sleep. The other, little thing, was the there was no cord on the phone so we couldn't call the front desk!
