Very clean room! Very impressive

I was very pleased when we arrived and the great service we received in getting to our room!!! Love the location and it was the first place I had stayed in 1968 when I first came to Maine- love the beach also!!!

We enjoyed our two night stay. Loved that you could view the ocean from the hotel balcony.

Great stay! Easy checkin, beautiful room!

Sad because we stayed there in the past but this was our first time back since it sold, shower curtains hooks were missing shower curtain flimsy no shelves in shower for soap etc no vent fan towel bar pulled out from wall tv wifi horrible, curtains on slider not blackout so all the light from sign in your eyes, kitchen windows broken an glass cracked expensive stay for 3 days ashame because right across the street from beach

We love that we only had to walk across the street to have beachfront access! Was beautiful!!! This was a little on the pricy side for the room we had, but it sufficed. A few critiques would be that the towel holders in the bathroom were broken off of the wall. There was one hook on the door. Would be nice to have a place to hang more towels after showers. A broom inside each room would be nice too as sand in the rooms is inevitable. The mattress in our room was a bit uncomfortable. Super soft and you sank right to the bottom no matter what. The biggest problem with the place is the parking. Not enough spots for the room. I believe that if they could expand the driveway (looked to be plenty of room for it), it would allow more cars to park diagonally in front of their rooms! We would still certainly stay here again though despite the “fixable” things.

Read of many complaints was unsure but our stay was fine. One issue arose and they were able to move us to a different room. All staff we inter faced with were excellent. Appears repairs and upgrades being done. Pool was open during our stay on 8/23/24

For the price u think u would have more amenities and even a ice bucket

It was a fine place to spend a night. Right across from the beach. Staff was nice and helpful.

Booked 2 double studio rooms in the Manor House building for a family vacation. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The building having an elevator is an added bonus. The pool and closeness to beach makes Seal Latch very family friendly.

The property is in a great location. Close to everything. The kitchenette was useful.

Had to ask for preference requested two months prior to my stay. Staff fulfilled request, but presented somewhat annoyed about being asked/reminded about request.

Staff was great

First, hotel pictured on Hotels.com site is not the hotel or room you get. The main hotel rooms are very nice. They also have adjacent property which is where we were placed. Our tiny room had an exit that was very steep and certainly not to code. There was no chair in room and only one chair in front of unit. Unit comes with refrigerator and microwave. The location is very nice and you can cross street and be on the beach. The staff is very helpful and got us a coffee pot that worked. I was meeting family and thought we would be together but we were not even in same building.

I loved our little cottage set in the back, nice and quiet because the beach was so close by which was actually awesome. Just had to cross the road. The cabin was cozy and clean and perfect for a one night stay. Will definitely return and recommend.

Great place across from the beach! Nice room with comfy bed! Convenient location- close to nubble lighthouse and many greatbeach areas. Unfortunately pool wasn’t up and running .

They advertise a pool but it was closed and needed to drive to another location. There was a group of people in there 20's playing very loud music on the 2nd floor after 10 p.m. The bass was thumping through the walls. The rooms were nice but there was a bench, bed and chair. No cups in the bathrooms. Bare bones. It was clean and new looking so that was a plus

Overall the accommodations were average. This place thrives on its convenient beach access. The amenities in the room were fair, with a tiny television, refrigerator, and little microwave. The balcony on our third floor room was a nice feature, with plastic cast chairs and a small table, but the view to the beach requires you to lean over the rail, as all the balconies are on the flanks of the building. The pool was green from an algae issue and closed the whole time we were there. There was an ice machine on the second floor that was out of service. If you are looking for something for a couple nights with across the street beach access, this place was great. If you like to enjoy your accommodations and spend time in your room, you can do much better. Overall, we spent a lot of time at the beach and enjoying the surrounding area, so we had a great time. If we were spending more than 2-3 nights we would look elsewhere.

Room was amazing and clean.

I cannot believe what they charge for this inn. We spent 800.00 for two nights (there was a minimum). The first thing that greeted us was a green pool, unsafe/closes for swimming. Secondly, once we made it to our room, the door had clearly been kicked in prior and was broken making us feel unsafe. We notified the staff of the door issue and nothing was done to address it. At first glance in the room it seemed fine, but 10 minutes we realized our floor was covered in what we think was spray on sunscreen? Aka not cleaned between guests. The bathroom floor/shower were also dirty and on the last day we found crumbled up tissues in our bed sheets. Disgusting and overpriced and would never stay here again. Only good thing about this place is its location and probably the one reason why it’s still in service.

We encountered we're really helpful but we had to ask for towels and we're never offered a cleaning service during our week-long stay. We had a hard time finding people in the office to get towels from and when we asked the staff it appeared they weren't allowed to just give them to us. It was very disheartening to find out that the pool was not in operation because that is one of the reasons we've chosen to stay at this hotel. The ice machine was constantly broken and the answer was always that the other hotel has a pool and the other hotel has ice. We may give them another shot next year but I'll definitely be checking around

Hi i will be calling u on my check in because i did not get any emails saying the pool was closed so i said something when i check in its been broken for awhile its summer paid a lot of money for the room and pool too so they said there was one down the road to use it was very inconvenient with 2 dogs and my mom in a wheelchair but was not happy about the pool being closed thats why i wanted to go there plus pet friendly very nice room but wanted to do my exercises in the pool and just enjoy the pool and my sister in law was with us not sure why the room was 205.75 it should of been less money going with expedia please let me know about some money off the room there was no pool working at this inn Thank You

They move us to their sister property the Surf Club as the property was under renovation. The Surf Club is nice however the restaurant was closed.

The staff was FANTASTIC! The location was convenient and in the middle of everything. We were able to walk right across the street to the beach and down the road to get ice cream! The light house is a short drive away.
