Staff were amazing. They were polite and patient, even when answering (one would assume) the same questions multiple times a day. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved being able to look out onto the main street. Appreciated the hotel's contemporary yet tasteful design.

We had a great stay at the Bicycle Street Inn. I was amazed at the process for getting the luggage from the ferry to our room. The room was very clean and it was very quiet at night for sleeping. Beds were very comfortable.

This was a cute place with a great location. We enjoyed watching the hustle and bustle of the ferry, but our room was just above the ferry dock so they’re definitely is a noise factor.

The hotel staff was veery friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The shower was huge, you could fit multiple people in it. The location was very convenient. From the picture I thought it was on the edge of town, it was right at Shepplers pier.

My wife and 2 kids (4 and 7) stayed at the Waterfront North building for two nights in one of the rooms facing the water. I think it was a deluxe or premium room. I have zero complaints. The checkin and checkout process was easy and a hotel employee helped make sure our luggage was properly placed on the ferry (and vice versa). It was great.
The room itself was clean, modern, comfortable, and very quiet. Great soundproofing, which is huge considering the room was right next to the ferry dock. The shower had great water pressure and the bathroom was really nice and had nice toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, etc.). It was fairly pricy, but absolutely worth the extra money. I’d stay here again.

We have an incredible time. First time staying at this hotel and it definitely won’t be our last, our new favorite! Check in was so easy literally walk right off the dock and tour here! Bags were brought up to our room, I highly recommend staying at the waterfront collection. We got a room over looking main street which is our favorite! Room is modern, updated and clean! I can’t say enough about our room , spacious and feels luxurious! We have stayed at a few other hotels on Main Street and nothing compares to our stay here. Only negative thing I have to say is the pillows are awful, and mattress wasn’t the greatest otherwise our stay was perfect!

Great room, very comfortable, could see a little of the water. Needs a chair in the room and shower is very slippery when wet and soapy. Great place to stay and would stay again! Hearing the clip clip of the horses hooves made you feel like you were back in time but everything about hotel was modern and nice. Porter got our bags from ferry which was super convenient.

Room was not as advertised. Blocked water view. Front desk personnel inept. TV would not stream via internet unless I used my iPhone hotspot every time I viewed. AC beeped every 3 minutes continuously. Troy fixed by resetting remote with my wife’s earring stud. Next day it went back to beeping. Many, many hotels on the Island. Would not advise anyone to stay at this one.

The sinking feeling of arriving to a hotel who can't find your two month old reservation, was quickly turned around into appreciation of the front desk's staff who kindly and expertly resolved the matter. The new room didn't have the lake view, but was beautiful, clean, spacious and we enjoyed looking out the balcony into the main street. Would love to come back here one day!

Nice size refrigerator. Liked the suite room before the bedroom with doors. Nice shower but the glass doors leaked on the floor having to put towels down. Good size bedroom with two queens were perfect for the 4 of us girls.
Very quiet on the third floor. Great service bringing our luggage to the hotel and back to the ferry. Nice balcony overlooking back yard. The thermostat was tricky but the mgr. came up to turn on the heat.

Beautiful, clean room with great view. Only complaint with the entire stay was the fact that staff gave us a hard time about leaving our overnight bags at the hotel until we caught the ferry home.

Literally walk off the ferry and you're there. We had a dock facing room which was quite nice, albeit loud as the ships sound their horn each time they leave the port. This hotel is centrally located and everything is within walking distance. The staff was absolutely excellent and each day, we were given a few small treats to enjoy and a bottle of wine was in our room when we checked in. The was our first time on the island and we will definitely stay here again.

Very clean room, helpful staff who took great care of our luggage…it was so convenient to have our bag shipped ahead on the ferry, so we could check out in the morning and enjoy the island for the day without lugging it around. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The only down side was being able to hear all the dock and ferry noise on the waterfront side, but it was minimal. There were no vending machines, so I did have to venture out after business hours to search out a soda. Overall loved the experience.

Love this Inn! From the porters on the dock to the front desk staff, we felt extremely welcomed! They prepared our room early so we could check in earlier! Our room was super comfy, great bathroom with a large shower and a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay! The location is so convenient right off the dock! This is a place we will definitely stay again!
