It was a breath of fresh air to have someone at the front desk that was knowledgeable, kind and very personable. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. 2 thumbs up!!

My wife left her makeup bag in the room. The evening after checkout she noticed. The next day she got in touch, and they did the leg work to get the makeup back to my wife.

Loved our stays. For the prices I paid I expected a suite in a hotel on the Canal Park.

Terrible dirty rooms, we did not get a room until 8:30 pm and had to wait and first room was filthy dirty, messy and was told it was clean.

Nicer than we expected. Still a little pricey, but clean, quiet and pretty decent breakfast options. Dog friendly was a plus for us. Nice towels!

We were put into a handicap room 328 and neither one of us are handicap and the water pressure in the shower was super low. But other then that our stay was fine.

ok place, Clean room. But disappointed the hot tub was out of service. The breakfast was weak.

Staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. The lighting in the room was too minimal for reading - no light on the desk & only one light bulb in a two bulb lamp.
It would be helpful to have a mirror over the desk & put the picture on a different wall.

The hot tub wasnt working our entire stay, thats the entire reason we chose this hotel. Very disappointing.
I appreciate their efforts in trying to fix it while we were there.

Went with my future daughter in law and her mother to look for a wedding dress. Everyone was happy with the room and the location. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a lovely time!

This hotel hit all the right angles! Great breakfast, very clean, wonderful personal+engaging staff, and a quiet comfort stay.
No complaints! Appreciated the big shampoo+conditioner in the shower instead of the small tubs. SO nice to not have to get the little amount of the container. It's the little things!

Very good stay. Would stay again. One issue was the supply in my room. No TP and no shampoo. Seemed like a cleaning crew issue. When brought to staffs attention was corrected promptly and professionally.

Overall, not a bad place to stay. Pricey for what you get, but that’s kinda the story all around Duluth. We only stayed one night, but the sad thing was the “hot”tub was cooler than the pool…. Which is one thing I look forward too at hotels is sitting in a HOT Hot tub. Bed was really comfy. Breakfast was standard for what you get for complementary.

Th were short black hairs in the corners in the bathroom. The shower was tricky. Hot and cold reversed and the pressure was pretty low.
Only other thing was the insulation between rooms and hallway, which made for exceptionally loud hallways especially when kids are running up and down and some screeching children.
Other than that the stay was fine.
