The flat was very clean and the hosts were very friendly and they picked us up and dropped us at the port.

This is a very nicely decorated appartment with al your needs provided. It's a 10 minute lovely walk to the centar.

Nice and clean apartment, close to the Dominican monastery beach. The host Ivana was very nice and accommodated our special requests with check in and check out. I would recommend the accommodation to a friend.

If youre elderly or averse to climbing lots of stairs then this is probably not for you but the apartment itself was fantastic. Very clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. I loved the two balconies on both Sides of the apartment so nice to sit there every evening. The location was good - approx 10 minute walk downhill into the heart of Bol where there are many restaurants and shops. We watched Croatia win a game in the World Cup and it was a fantastic experience so the walk back up the hill didnt seem so bad but it would be a difficult task for older people and young children. But Bol is on a mountain side so the whole town is hilly and full of steps so keep this in mind if you want to come here. Island is gorgeous and a lot of beautiful seaside views as you are driving around winding roads to get to Bol. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Valium.

We had a wonderful week staying at Villa Vallum. The owner was very helpful and lives the same building which is always handy. The apartment is in great condition and nicely decorated. The living area is only small - kitchenette and little dining table but there are 2 great balconies - one off the living area looking towards the mountains and the ocean as Villa Vallum is on the edge of the town - and another off the main bedroom also with great views. It is a 10min walk through the lovely old town to the main town centre/harbour but only 5 mins down to the closest beach - and it is beautiful! Loved our stay thanks Ivana!

we had a nice time and the room/appartment was good, checking in could have been explained better as no one was there to receive us. There is a short 50m walk down some steps to the villas which was a slight pain with suitcases but otherwise all good. its an easy walk in to Bol town and host gave directions to some local beaches which were an easy walk.

Our second stay in this appartment. Host is just perfect! We all enjoyed the stay and will come back again in the future. Very clean, towels exchanged regularly. Very nice beaches are just a few steps away, with delicious figa trees on the way :) Turistic train to Zlatni Rat beach stops just in the front of the appartment.

It was a bit difficult to find the place but the owner was very accommodating, and let us leave our bags until the check in time. She also offered good advice on how to get around the island. The apartment is a bit far from the "town center" (10 minute walk) but the ratio price/comfort is excellent. It is roomy, very clean, and even has air conditioning for American people!

Great Hotel in a great location! Car is recommended to get around the island. We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse and we had plenty of room and the best possible island and sea views! The only negative I can list is the stairs, you have to walk about 20 steps down a hill to get to the building then climb up 3 flights of stairs in the building, but if your up for it, it's absolutely worth it! All the other rooms will require less of a climb... our host Ivana was amazing and very hospitable!

Yes, it was self catering but there was no sprucing, changing the bedding, kitchen or bathroom towels. It is not something one would like to do, spending some time cleaning in the morning after having breakfast or before you head out. Room - As we arrived off-peak season, the entire village was empty, so was the hotel. keeping this in mind, we were given the loft with a slanted ceiling and most likely the smallest room with the smallest balcony. If you're tall, you will have difficulty. My partner is 5' 3 and she hit her head daily. Digital TV -Not so important in the list, but mentioning that you have "Satellite TV" should mean satellite not digital. It was a very old television. The only channel that was on was BBC World News, which you would have to spend at least 45 minutes scrolling for. Yes, TV is not what one goes for on holiday but if you need a wind down in the evening for some digital television, make sure you take your phone or laptop with you. Parking & Location - I travelled off peak season (May), so there was parking spaces for 3 and got a space to park right in front of the prop

Nice owner with very good communication. Appartment was clean. Towels replaced twice a week. Good for family holidays...just 2 minutes walk from nice beaches. We enjoyed it and will come back :)

Villa Vallum is really nice and cosy apartment in Bol. The apartment is clean and spacy. Wifi connection works well and the apartment is not too far from Bols harbour. We recommend this apartment.

Clean basic apartment, a little far from the center in a quiet neighborhood. Must drive/park to get to the old town. Quite a few steps which is difficult with luggage. Would have been nice to have extra bed made up, linens could have been softer. Lovely old town and promenade for an evening stroll, Zlatni Rat is a fantastic beach (arrive early in the summer).

This is a really pretty apartment, with everything you could need. It is modern and stylish. The owner kindly met us from the port. The apartment has a lovely balcony looking out over the town. Bol is a very nice little town, with lovely restaurants, and easy walking to the lovely Zlatni Rat beach.
